Great place the ice cream is not half of the cup it's the cup that's big and it's a easy place to go that u know it has chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and it's on the way home from gymnastics class and the parking lot is free.
Usually have a good experience at this location. With the recent remodel the inside seems a bit smaller for seating but is overall good quality. The service is good and the employees are quick to get orders done.

I am a huge fan of Baskin Robbins. Always enjoyed going there and chatting with the owner about our kids. My daugther wanted her birthday cake from here and she picked out everything on the cake. We made the order one month before. On the day we get there and was told there was no cake made for us. We were told the person that makes the cakes didn't show up last night. A few days later I called to speak to the owner. I was hoping she would have at least reached out to apologize. But no, I had to call and tell her the indicent. Her respond was " what do you want me to do". It was very unfortunate the way she handled the situation. Yes we got a pre-made cake off the fridge. But the whole point was the experience for my little girl that was waiting for so long to go there and make all the choices herself. I was really hoping the owner would have taken responsibility for the situation, but all I heard were excuses how she was tired and haven't had a vacation in a while. We are regular customers and bring my kids and family there a lot. I will be reconsidering going there again.

Owner makes beautiful absolutely delicious cakes and is incredibly kind! Ordered a Turkey ice cream cake for Thanksgiving and it was so good and so cute!

Good place to go for an after dinner treat. They have a good variety, including gluten and dairy free options. They also have over 200 custom flavors. There are a great number of toppings.

The person who waited on me and my two young grandsons was outstanding. She waited on us two afternoons in a row and showed great patience, understanding and generosity. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this Baskin&Robbins
Scoop size was very small. Felt like half a scoop. Other baskin robbins serve a bigger serving size. Would recommend going to a different location.

Preordered my daughters Ice cream birthday cake in advanced. Arrived on pick up day with news that one of the staff accidentally sold my daughters cake to another customer! Cake was remade but looked a rush mess! Paid extra for a custom print out photo to be added on top but ended up with a icing draw on that looked terrible. Oreo ice cream sandwich was all melted but the cake did taste good. I typically come here with my family all the time and get Ice cream and decided to get a cake from them for the first time but I was really disappointed with the situation. Never again !

Terrible customer service! Asked for a 4oz which she started to scoop only to take it out of the cup and put it into a smaller cup. When I asked her about it she started arguing with me saying that I was asking what a kid size was! I tried to present a birthday treat coupon which she refused because she scooped me a kids size NOT 4oz (single scoop) Gave me attitude the entire time. Why wouldn't one use the 4oz coupon for a kids size??? Not coming back to this location again

The serving size is always inconsistent. We visited today with friends from out of town and their immediate feedback was this is a very small scoop. Is it smaller scoop here at mill creek??!!!!!
