I’m normally a fan of Boston, but this one specifically lost my business forever, which is why there’s a two star on this review due to this Boston’s location specifically not aimed towards other Boston’s I came in with my daughter to grab some food stood around for about 10 to 15 minutes and nobody even came up to say hi or try and seat us. The whole place was empty. There was only like two other people I saw the staff but nobody decided to come and see us, kind of ridiculous, and yes they were open it was 7:45 on a Wednesday

The service was pretty good, the waitress came by enough to get what we needed. The food though, was not good at all. It was bland, greasy, and the pasta sauce was watered down to the point it felt like eating soup. It didn't really taste like anything. My wife's burger was burned to a crisp. It was a poor experience with a seventy five dollar price tag for two people. Definitely not worth it.

I ate here 4-5yrs ago and remember liking it. The chicken parm with pomodoro pasta was tasty. Decided to try it again to tonight with the kids. Server was nice, restaurant was nice but the food was very lackluster. The worst part was the carrot plate they brought my kids. They were severely freezer burned and slimy. Anyone with half a brain should know you dont serve something that far gone. The place was empty and its not because it was a monday night. Azul up the street was packed. They have great food. . Huh. .

Ehhhhhhh, I don't know. I was optimistic when coming back here since my last visit over 8 years ago. My first visit when I first moved here in 2009 was awful. I revisited several years later and had good appetizers, so I thought maybe things were on the upswing. Still never went back. I heard they were under new ownership a couple of years ago, and that was intriguing. When my daughter won a giftcard in a raffle this Fall, we finally had a reason to return without feeling like we were taking much of a risk. My first impression was that the interior had definitely been upgraded from what I remembered. We had the choice of a table or large booth for our group of six. The dining room was clean, and on a Saturday night at 6pm, there were maybe five other tables occupied. After we got settled, I did notice some things in disrepair- The front door had a sign saying to "pull hard because the door is hard to open" - and it was. A bathroom stall door was as well, and it didn't want to lock. One of the two bathroom sinks didn't work. The soap was out. Just little things like that. We ordered: My husband had a jalapeno onion burger, I had the new mango habanero fried chicken burger, three kids ordered chicken strips or nuggets off of the kid's menu, and one had a cheeseburger from the kid's menu. The good: The beef burgers were tasty. I had a bite of my husband's and it had a nice charcoal flavor to it (although it tasted like the flavor was added and not really from charcoal) and it was big and it was spicy. His sweet potato fries were probably the best I've had. I'm not usually a fan, but his were actually crispy. The regular fries were good as well, and the kid who order the kid's burger also liked his choice. Six of us ate for just over $80 before tip. Granted, four of us ordered off of the kid menu, but there's not many places that you can feed that many people for that price anymore, especially in Mill Creek Town Center. The not-so-good: The chicken strips and the chicken nuggets from the kid's menu were painfully dry. None of the three kids liked their choice, two of them hardly touched it, and the other choked it down with copious amounts of water. We ended up getting chicken McNuggets from the McDonalds two blocks away on our way home. My chicken sandwich looked great when it arrived, but it was not nearly as spicy as one would expect (the jalapeno burger was a million times spicier), and there was a very thin later of breading on an oddly shaped filet, leading me to believe that this was a highly processed, chopped up and pressed back together kind of chicken patty (not a real chicken breast), and not at all what the photo online and on the menu looked like. It was very sticky and sloppy, and while the flavor was ok, the quality in general was very average, and the sandwich as a whole was hugely misrepresented by photos and description. A more minor issue - I asked for tartar but received ranch. Our server was really good. Great, even. Offered suggestions, kept our glasses full, answered questions, and was very helpful and patient. So now, the ugly: We attempted to use the Yelp check-in order, and the server didn't know what I was talking about. She said they don't have bread pudding on the menu, which I saw was the case. I asked if they substitute something for it, and she said she'd talk to the manager. Upon returning to our table, she apologized and said her manager had never heard of a Yelp check-in offer, that he's worked there for 15 years and has never heard of them having bread pudding either, and then said, "He said it's a scam." Excuse me? I tried to use a check-in offer from a huge and nationally known and respected app and now the restaurant is accusing me of trying to SCAM them?! How insulting. Other locations do have bread pudding, so I suspect it's something that came from corporate, but who knows. Regardless, it was a crappy way to handle it, offensive, and the manager should have talked to us himself i

About what I would expect from a chain restaurant. The bar was warm and inviting, the restaurant pretty typical. The bar is completely separated from the main room so the main restaurant is good for families with kids. Not many customers in the main restaurant this night but the bar had a decent crowd. Lots of TVs with different games on. Sound level was good and you could still have a conversation. Good place on game night. Our waitress was polite and attentive. Food was fine but nothing to write home about. Tasted mostly pre made, heat by numbers, typical stuff you expect at a big restaurant chain. Not bad, just nothing I'd go out of my way for. Honesty I think they would do better with a smaller menu with better quantity pizza. Comes across as trying too hard and please everyone but not hitting the mark. A bit bland for my taste but I guess that's good for families with picky kids. With a bunch of higher end restaurants in the area this does fill a family nitch much like an Applebees but more family friendly. I will come again if my group of friends want to but I won't go out of my way for myself.

In a word "atrocious"We got two pizzas, and it was a reality check, get this;Did you know that places will sell you a literal frozen pizza, like not the crust was premade, like a complete frozen pizza like you see a the grocery store, as a restaurant quality item? This place sells premade FROZEN pizzas, and people are buying them. This just has to stop, do NOT eat here, it was beyond abysmal, it's literally the worst establishment I may have ever received food from.Dominoes is a better bet for a third the price, and I don't consider that particularly edible

We went there on a Friday, at dinner time and surprisingly, it was pretty empty, but we soon realized why. We ordered two servings of chicken wings, a chicken burger with sweet potato fries, and a kids chicken strips with fries. The chicken wings were a huge disappointment! They were fried too crispy and were super dry, with sauce just somewhat trickled on top instead of dipped. They barely had any sauce or flavor and were unappetizingly overcooked and chewy. Some of the chicken had no sauce on it and upon requesting sauce, we were given Tabasco! It was the worst wings we've ever had. Needless to say, we couldn't get ourselves to finish it. The chicken strips and burger were decent but not enough for us to go back. Service was OK.
