Clean, nice interior; subpar food and drink. Not a repeat customer.
Such a cute spot and must visit when in Chelan/Manson.
It's self service self seating.
Portiona are huge.
Even if your full must try the blueberry and apple pie.
Amaizing view too

Food is bland, I didn't know you could remove the flavor of an egg?

They refuse to serve the gravy on their country Benedict above room temperature for fear someone may not have sense enough not to get burned. State law requires that it must be at least 135 degrees to be served and 165 in their holding dish. Keeping it less than the state requirement is a breeding ground for bacteria and germs. We will not being going back there.
The food is a solid 4 star, the atmosphere and the people are 5 stars

The staff was nice and fairly attentive, but the food lacked any lust. All bland and very basic. The butter I got with my French toast tasted like the inside of a fridge smells.

Visited the first time recently for a lunch. I had a burger and it was solid. The meat was cooked through while still juicy. The fries were crisp. My girlfriend had a Greek salad with chicken. We left happy we gave it a try and will likely return. In particular their desserts and cocktails looked appealing. The cocktails are reasonably priced. And their pie selection was temping.
There are tvs and we enjoyed watching a soccer game. We did feel that the ambiance has a bit of a sterile feel and could use some accents.
We talked with the owner and they are very friendly. During our time we noticed many regulars coming in and the owner recognizing them. It is so good to connect to local businesses. Overall we are glad to try this local diner and hope it succeeds!

We love Brianna’s Cafe! My youngest has a food allergy and the staff there went above and beyond to make sure she could have food that was safe for her, the food is great and the pie is delicious!!
