Favorites in our home include her kicked-up scrambled eggs, frittatas, potatoes with bacon, mushroom soup, homemade dressings, and her brisket, which my husband absolutely loves. Ordering from this catering company has been a great experience from the start to the end. I reached out on behalf of Communities of Color Coalition to inquire about availability for our 11th annual race conference. We were planning 100 to 150 people and Aloria was so helpful in communicating, answering all our questions, meeting our dietary restrictions (including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free), and allowing us to order some sample items, ahead of time. The day of our conference, She was on time and was able to get everything set up with some instructions provided. Overall, all of our conference attendees loved the food and the mashed potatoes were an all-time favorite. We were so grateful she was able to provide utensils and boxes and an additional fee for our attendees and staff food home. We’ve worked with them many times in the past and will continue to have them at our future event because of friendliness and attention to detail.

Well it has been a bucket list for this fine chef for quite some time. She cooks with the finest of ingredients, never frozen, and in on time every time. Depending on your personal needs -- gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan -- she will adjust accordingly (even for fish allergies like mine!). While the healthy selections are always a choice, this is the place to show up and get your down home soul food grub on and just let it flow; and then think about the gym 48 hours later.
