Best sandwiches in town and great customer service

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was made by Mark!! I have recently broke my leg and am on crutches unable to carry anything. Mark not only helped recommend a sandwich I would like but also helped me bring it to my table, and came to check in the see if I needed anything else! Thank you Mark!!

I love Jersey Mike's but this location put lettuce and other veggies on my sandwich and then, after reminding them I asked for no veggies, they scraped it off the sandwich and put it back in the lettuce bin. After it was on the sandwich that had meat on it. That's cross contamination and it can cause foodborne illnesses. Whoever the manager is here needs to have their staff redo their food safety training before they make customers sick.

I always choose Jersey Mike's over anyone else. Normally get the number 9 fully loaded and Mike's way. Best subs anywhere!

Ari was very rude and disrespectful I over heard her talking about an older couple and their weight as they left and had a snobby attitude towards her coworkers I normally don’t review but I hope you see this and do a evaluation on your employees

Cedric is always so nice and brightens my day every time I come in. He genuinely makes me want to come back because it's always a great experience when I see him. The new girl Olivia is also great and shows a lot of promise. Overall, fantastic service at Jersey Mike's!

Got the #7 Turkey and provolone on white. Mayo and pickle relish, not Mike's way. It was delicious as usual. The service was fast and friendly. The sub had plenty of meat and lettuce, toppings and tasted great. This is my go to sub shop and I'm always pleased with the food and service here. I like the music they play also and I will probably be back in a few days. Lol!

Mark the manager is amazing. I often have lunch at this location because I work so close. He knows my name from my order and today he remembered what my normal order was. He's kind and really know customer service! Good job!

Chef Alfred Lewis of AWOL Catering!!! Went here for a sub!!! At first, I was the only person in line. One female employee walked in and watched one guy do three sandwiches at once, without asking if he needed any help. Suddenly five people walked in. Ten minutes later the guy started taking orders. He went to people after me!!! I left my card and walked out. Funny thing is; I was giving you a second chance because your first sandwich sucked!!! Now lousy customer service!!! I don’t recommend your establishment to anyone!!! Believe you me, there won’t be a third attempt!!!

I just purchased a sandwich for lunch and can't say enough about how friendly, professional, well-spoken, efficient and skilled the three people who helped me were! I haven't experienced customer service like that in a long time...to top it off, they offered the opportunity to donate to help those affected by Hurricane Helene. Thank you!

Great service at this Jersey Mike's store! Staff was friendly and attentive. And the one who dressed my sub was generous with the vinegar and oil, which I love.

As someone who's never been to Jersey Mike's before, this exceeded my expectations. My sub was everything I ever dreamed of and definitely hit the spot for my cravings. The staff were amazing and the store was very clean. Will definitely tell my partner how good this place is. Well done, Jersey Mike's!
