Jersey Mike's Subs

I really like this location—everyone here is consistently quick, friendly, and on top of things. It’s also in a convenient strip mall with plenty of other shops, so we usually run our errands and then end up at Jersey Mike’s as a little treat afterward. I almost always order my go-to (#7), but I decided to try the BLT the other day, and it ended up being amazing. I might have a new favorite now!

This location is not the best at pre-order pickups & delivery style orders. If you use either of these options you are running the risk of your order being incorrect. Your best bet is to order in person if you choose this specific location. Every time ive ordered in-store it’s been great.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. My experience was exceptional. It was opening on a Sunday and football season just started. Not just opening season, but a home game , and against the 49’ers. Needless to say they are going to be busy! I was amazed at all the prep work the staff did. The manager is a delightful young man named Mark, who informed me he’s been there for hours to get the food ready. You can see by the pile of bacon that he did ALOT of prep work. The tomatoes were equally high and everything was very clean. These are the things people don’t see behind the scenes.

My order was for 10:15 am, and I arrived early at 10:08, a little after opening. He apologized for it not being ready. Huh?? But I was early?? Never had someone apologize for doing their work. But again, super polite. Acknowledges I’m important as a customer.

Mark was in the middle of making one of my orders while his coworker Katie was just a diligent with my other order. They were friendly, cared about my orders, and was taking care of the store with all the numerous orders coming in. They made me feel welcomed and made one hell of a sandwich!! When I got home we were really happy with our order. The care that was put into it was great! Good presentation, good taste, but even better was the staff! The owners of this location would be wise to keep that young man as the manager.

Very expensive for a sub sandwich

I got regular sub with chips and drink and it costed me 18.5$

Also the portions were not that big for this price

The sandwich itself was not fully stuffed either

I love a good sub sandwich once in a while but this one although close to my house was very expensive for this small sandwich

Definitely don't use their app to order food. I've used it three times in the last few months and literally every time they get it wrong or skimp on the ingredients compared to how they make things while you're in the store watching.

Always a great experience coming here. Great staff, amazing food plus a great location!

I love Jersey Mike’s! My go to for sure. I just did a pick up order, and so thought I would make sure management knew my issue. For last 2 months my sub in a bowl has been pretty dry. Even my daughter commented same to me. No olive oil or vinegar like normal. I know you have new people at both locations I go to, 164th and Bothell Everett Hwy. Not sure what’s up or if it is inventory. I miss the normal way I used to get it. Thanks, Sandy~

Best sandwiches in town and great customer service

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was made by Mark!! I have recently broke my leg and am on crutches unable to carry anything. Mark not only helped recommend a sandwich I would like but also helped me bring it to my table, and came to check in the see if I needed anything else! Thank you Mark!!

I love Jersey Mike's but this location put lettuce and other veggies on my sandwich and then, after reminding them I asked for no veggies, they scraped it off the sandwich and put it back in the lettuce bin. After it was on the sandwich that had meat on it. That's cross contamination and it can cause foodborne illnesses. Whoever the manager is here needs to have their staff redo their food safety training before they make customers sick.

Stop to get a sandwich for my adult son
There regular looks more like kids size and it's 14.00 1st time there don't think will try it again

I always choose Jersey Mike's over anyone else. Normally get the number 9 fully loaded and Mike's way. Best subs anywhere!

Ari was very rude and disrespectful I over heard her talking about an older couple and their weight as they left and had a snobby attitude towards her coworkers I normally don’t review but I hope you see this and do a evaluation on your employees
