Had a doordash snafu. #doordash picked up the wrong order and delivered it. We caught the driver and advised them. They said they would fix it. Never showed back up. I just went to this Jersey Mike’s. Employees just made it right and fixed situation. Was not their fault at all but went above and beyond with customer service.

My wife and I come here every Saturday morning. We never have a bad time, the staff are always friendly and quick. Her pregnancy had made her crave subs, and Jersey Mike's has become her favorite.
Will never go back to this one, ordered a sandwich and got home it was nothing that I ordered, I will go elsewhere for now on.

Tonight was just one of those nights when we did not feel like cooking. So the choice was simple, Jersey Mike's! My family just loves the Philly cheese sandwich with portobello mushrooms. As for me, I go for turkey and lots of it. This place is not stingy with the meat like one of their competitors. The food is fresh and tremendously tasty. I have never had a bad experience. This is what keeps bringing us back time and again.

Awesome place for food. Customer service is amazing. I accidentally asked the wrong sandwich, the employees went to remake it and I thought they would just add what I forgot to ask for instead they made a whole new sandwhich and gave me both. Really amazing and chocked at the same time. Awesome staff!!

Came her to get picnic food for an evening in a local park. Super clean and staff were very friendly and courteous! The sandwich options were great. But not all sandwiches were listed in the board. But when you smell the glorious smell of bacon but don't see a BLT sandwich on the board - they recommended it and I got it on the Rosemary Parm bread which was delicious. The staff patiently waited for us to get all the kids orders ready and answered many questions. Food was delicious and I look forward to going again.

Was standing there with my husband & our son, we ordered separately as we both had our own gift cards. My husband got his & our son's order but I didn't even get my order asked & they apparently let the guy behind me order & I didn't even know he ordered until he paid. I got home & apparently I didn't even get bacon on my sandwich when there us supposed to be bacon on it & I'd asked for bacon. Terrible customer service. Never coming back to this Millcreek location again.
