The team is in sync and operating pretty well. Especially 'MARTIN !!!!!' (say it like Gabriel Iglesias 'Fluffy'), he is often in the front end and has a smile for every person who comes in.The restaurant has been there for a long time, and could have been setup better. The entrance is right next to where the drive-thru cars come out and a main path for cars coming in.

I frequent this Micky D's more than most and they're usually really good about getting the order correct, wouldn't you know it that I get asked to do a review on this location when the last order was messed up. I get it they're pretty busy early mornings, but they left the egg out of my breakfast sandwich. That's what drives the price. All in all they're a decent restaurant. Usually good service.

My coffee from today 2/18/24 11:00 am, took one sip and my throat felt irritated, dumped the coffee into another cup and saw the whole coffee is filled with coffee grounds and some other particles.

How can this location be so bad? They have screwed up my last three orders, and I've already made it to work by the time I discovered it. I own that part, but I shouldn't have to worry about every single order. The first time, I used a code from the app and they charge me the full price. They kept insisting the coupon went through, but the price didn't make sense. I questioned it, and the lady continued to insist. Alas, I asked for a manager who finally refunded me almost $10.The next week, I asked for an Egg McMuffin and a McGriddle, and once I drove away, already on my way to work and too late to go back, I realize they had given me one sausage McMuffin.Today, I used my code for buy one get one, and ordered two Egg McMuffins. Once again, halfway to work, I realized they gave me one dinky little breakfast wrap. Again, too late to go back and fix it. Three times in one month is inexcusable. It's always at breakfast time. I ended up stopping at the Bothell McDonald's and had to pay full price for my order again and threw out the breakfast wrap which contained ingredients I can't eat. I hope the owners or management sees this because they need to know that their restaurant is a waste of time, and a waste of money.
