I do not understand why these workers have absolutely no manners and never take responsibility for their mistakes. I've been going to this Mcdonald's since I moved to the area almost 5 years ago. Instead of being nice to a regular customer they act irritated. I don't understand it. Sometimes I order my food a certain way (it's never complicated btw) ie; no cheese or no pickles, and if THEY give me the wrong order they never ever say "Oh, hey, sorry...read full review
not friendly poor management (Daniel) 12/10/22 lobby was open and wasn't busy
restrooms closed for no reason management (Daniel) wouldn't even address this issue thankfully it was just myself and my daughter wasn't the one that needed the bathroom
very poor leadership skills from (Daniel) lacking customer service skills
(Daniel) would benefit from retraining
