Clean store, well lite, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. My only gripe is the quality of the food and the portion of ice-cream I got when I requested a soft serve without a cone. I swear the amount ice-cream I got in the cup wasn't close to the cone would receive. They filled the Sunday cup 1/3 of the way! I asked about it and was told cones are supposed to be 4 ounces. I asked if they would weigh what they gave me. But, respectful they declined due to very busy rush. I wasn't gonna be the jerk that ruined the flow they had going over some ice-cream. Thusly, I swallowed my pride 😤 and accepted the outcome and moved on. I also had a snack wrap, im don't know why, but it was awful. Everything tasted like it was fake. Rubber tortillas, runny ranch, plastic cheese shreds and the chicken used in the wrap is just a giant nugget with pepper in the coating. That too was cardboard tasting. I hope this helps anyone that might happen to want an ice-cream cone without a cone. Make sure it's proportionate. Only seek correction if you're unsure of the weight and they're not swapped. Out of respect for them and allow them to do thier job. Either wait for the right opportunity or the next time you order ice-cream with cone, make surento mention the weight portions (politely 😁.) I know I will.

I wanted to give the biggest props to this location. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has been amazing. Tre Tre at this location gave the most amazing customer service to me and my folks yesterday, you would have thought we were in a fine dining restaurant. The most polite person I’ve come across in a long time in customer service. There are two other gentlemen there, Sunny and a man his age and height who have also been amazing. Our family eats there too often, but every single time it’s been such a surprise at how awesome all the staff is. I really want them to be recognized.

Went in around 1130am April 7th, my app wouldn't work and it said go inside. I did what the manager told me to do and the app still didn't work, they wouldn't help me further. So I couldn't use any rewards, I ordered, got home, and found that they forgot an entire entree 😡 Called the store and they picked up, didn't say hello, then they hung up. Called the store again, they answered in Spanish, and then put me on hold for 10 mins.
Called corporate and they said go to store...ffs McDanks has lost my business
