I’m absolutely disappointed with the lack of “service” Mod pizza did not provide. We ordered directly off the Mod website for delivery and once the order was delivered it was wrong.

We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad arrived…. not one pizza. I was able to catch the really kind delivery driver and he told me that is what the restaurant handed him. Yes he should have double checked but if the restaurant handed it to him they are at fault as well…

I called MOD pizza followed the prompts for delivery and got an extremely rude lady named Crystal or Krista. She placed my order for re delivery it got delivered almost 2 hours after my original order time and the food was cold so it’s very clear it was the pizzas that were originally suppose to be delivered. There was even the original delivery receipt on one of the boxes.

I called back and got the same rude lady on the phone. I asked for a refund she wasn’t able to do that, I asked for a manger and she stated “you’ll never be able to talk to a manager”. I asked so there’s nobody above you to talk to and she stated no and hung up….

I’ll start driving to Woodinville at least I’ll get good service there….

I was so bored waiting for my food to arrive I had to write a review. The service here is horrible. Had to wait 20 minutes before you can even order and another 20 minutes before you get your food. I liked the food though

Eating Mod pizza that's warm is awesome and their garlic bread is wonderful!

The employees are friendly in the food is very fresh and well made

Overall I love the concept of MOD pizza but at this particular location, the girl at the service counter gave us the attitude with a weird face expression when I asked her to make a pizza with a ranch base.
I did not like the way they are treating the customers at this location.

I like the mega dough pizza and then build my own.

This is our favorite Mod pizza they are alwase super nice and funny even while they are slammed. We ho out of our way to come here.

Waited an hour for our pizza, got home and the crust is incredibly underbaked. Never took it back… who knows how long we’d be waiting again.

I've been to this MOD a half dozen times and it's always about what you expect. Friendly staff, fine atmosphere, delicious food. If you've never been, it lets you customize your pizza toppings with many options sorta like Subway or Chipotle. That's a dream for me, since my wife and I have very different tastes.

I've ordered from this place only a few times, and they got my order wrong TWICE. The label on the pizza box that shows the pizza types and toppings have been correct, but it seems they've been placed on the wrong pizzas (on both occasions). Apparently this is too hard for them to do correctly. If you order for delivery or pick-up, make sure to double-check that your stuff is right before you leave. Would not recommend.

First time having here. It's crazy busy here right now and the folks working behind the counter are absolutely killing it. I'd be losing it, but these pizza professionals are handling things amazingly well. Color me impressed!

I don't usually like thin crust pizza, but these were perfect! Truly, it's a tough sell to get me to eat anything but deep dish, but these were cooked to perfection. Not crunchy at all. The perfect balance between soft and crispy. I couldn't ask fot more honestly.
