The smoothies were delicious as always! The lady working in the morning is always so energized and warm welcoming! My favorite smoothie has got to be the Strawberry-apple with an extra scoop of protein! The place is inside the LA fitness and so having such a nutritious smoothie bar with no added sugar is so wonderful after a workout!

I'm sure they have good smoothies but wasn't looking to have to go into a food court so I just ended up driving away, place was busy on a Friday morning with barely any parking. Pretty bad location

Best smoothies in mill creek.Gotta go inside LA fitness.They have some ingredients that other protien shake places dont have. They dont use syrups either. Good quality stuff highly
