Best smoothies in mill creek.Gotta go inside LA fitness.They have some ingredients that other protien shake places dont have. They dont use syrups either. Good quality stuff highly

First off, this smoothie place is inside lifetime fitness. It is just around the corner to the left once you come in (near the swimming pool). It's not marked outside that I could see.The lady who helped us was so nice and friendly. She let us customize our smoothies and gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend visiting Nrgize.
