7/20/25 Rude new manager! Threw away my pizza because I asked for it well done of course it wasn't cooked right. I asked if he could put it back in the oven for a few more minutes he threw it in the trash. The new manager was the cook he says they don't do well done here. I won't be coming back.

Foods good but the illiterate guy who took my order, made my experience bad I was trying to order pasta, and he didn’t understand what I meant and tried saying they didn’t have it and I had to explain what pasta was to him and then I finally got my order, correct

I placed an order on papajohns apps for carry out on 5/3. I walked into Rude and overworked people. Maybe manager doesn’t handle his busy dinner time with 3 other pizza maker helpers. They lost my order and asking for different amount to pay… i showed them my phone to get correct total. But that dude was raising his voice at me in very stressed out appearance… maybe that is his way getting thru his busy dinner rush everyday in pizza carry out and delivery business.

Ordered online, came to store for pickup, the lady spent 20 min trying to figure what being ordered, given order #, store name, name, etc. At the end, the pizza just sits on pick up shelf that she didn’t bother take a look, what a terrible experience, hire someone who can really do the job instead.

I placed a mobile order at 6:54pm on the app with a pick up time in 30min It’s been AN HOUR and I still haven’t gotten my food yet, I first checked in and they said it would be another 20-25Min, I check in after that time and they said it would be another 15-20min. This is ridiculous, I’ve been waiting too long for a small pizza and breadsticks. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Got the worst cheese bread ever. Was like biting into glass. Usually this cheese bread is AMAZING but someone thought it was okay tonight to not make a new batch for my late night DoorDash. Shameful.
