Pizzas was loaded with toppings which is very rare, the toppings all looked fresh and tasted yummy. After cooked taste was far better than precooked pizzas from other places. Pizzas are bigger and better priced.

I was trying to order two pizzas but I had a hard time ordering with the person at the register. I’m not sure if he’s brand new and in training but I had to repeat the order 6 times and was about to be charged almost $70 worth of pizza that I just told him to clear the order and I just ordered one to make it simple. As a manager at a QSR I was also shocked by the ambiance and the lack of professionalism and hospitality as I watched them interact with other guests. I don’t know about y’all’s training procedures, but if the kid was training he could have benefited from having the MOD or a trainer next to him. I will give him props though, his pizza did look good. However, the overall experience was disssapointing and made me want to leave had it not been for my wife waiting for pizza at home

My wife ordered online the 10.99 large 2 topping deal, it defaults to thin crust(which we accidentally purchased last week) she spoke with a young lady and told her she accidentally ordered the incorrect crust, if there was anyway to remake it. She told her that since it was not the stores fault that she would have to reorder it, which would not have been an issue if she had been polite about telling her instead of scoffing and saying they can’t do anything about the online deals. My wife then left with the thin crust. I reordered the pizza with original crust and went in and asked to speak to the manager, who was the short dark haired lady. I asked for her name, which she would not provide, she tried to be very polite with me, but did not do much to help with the situation, I paid for my pizza and left.

I'd rate with a zero if possible. Called four or five times each time the call was picked up and hung up. Drove by five minutes later they have zero customer inside and the employees are just leaning on the counter doing nothing.

I'll admit that it's been a good 6 to 8 months since I've had a PM's pizza. I've ALWAYS ordered the same one since I discovered them many years ago.
I don't know if they changed ingredients or recipes.....or if it was an error on the staff, but the one I got today was absolutely AWFUL. It didn't even taste remotely close to how they have, over the years.
This isn't anything personal against them. I've always loved their pizza, but this was unbelievably bad. Barely edible. I had 1 piece and chucked the rest in the trash.....and this was a family sized pizza!
Pretty certain I won't be ordering from them again.
