I love sandwiches and I come here a lot! Tables and floors are always clean. The food is always fresh. The employees are so kind and always remember my order. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The owner and wife were rude, judgemental, and fat shaming us and everyone else walking in. We dined in for 45mins and never once saw them change gloves while preparing food, handling cash, and cleaning even. I asked if they did and got told that they didn't need to. Straight up saw them clean a table, table had unused napkins and they put the unused napkins back in the napkin dispenser. Never again. The ONLY Port of Subs I'll ever go to is at Tulalip. Avoid this place!

Sign says open at 9am. My husband went to the door at 9am worker just looked at him. We sat in our car for 10 more minutes and they still didn’t open. We usually go to the tulalip one and now we won’t come back to this location! Stick to what we know!
Google says they close at 8pm but lights were out and door was locked at 7:30 on 12/29/25. No sign on the door explaining early shut down or anything.
Been going to this particular location for 20 plus years since I was a kid. Can it be a little slow when busy.. sure, but that's a good sign. Every thing is custom made to order and cut fresh.. This is a solid sandwich place. Never been disappointed. Puts Subway to shame... My family's favorite go to sub sandwich. Can it get a little pricey. Yes. What's not nowadays. But well worth it for the quality of food I'm getting my family compared to any fast food for the dollar amount. Fresh bread and fresh deli sliced meat and cheese. Family of 4 easily splits an XL sandwhich. #1 on Wheat with most all the fixins is our go to.. Keep up the good work Port of Subs Mill Creek..! You got a family of customers for life with us.

My sandwich bread was so stale that I could not even bite through it. I am surprised that it didn't have mold on it too. The person making the sandwich had to have been able to tell how stale it was. I won't ever go here again.

Paid $60 for a footlong meatball, a wrap and a 6 inch and I threw it all away! Meat was old, absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go here again.
Freshly shaved meats to order, veggies are cut daily, and the soft bread is made in house. Thanks to Port of Subs I haven't ever been back to Subway.

Took 55 minutes from the time I placed the order for it to be completed. I got there at the pickup time and was told it'd be 5 minutes and sat in the lobby waiting for another 20 minutes with my hungry toddler while they helped 4+ walk in customers get in and out before completing my already paid for order.
We go here almost weekly and it's consistent quality. Beats the pants off the rest of the sandwich chains. Get the classic #1.
My two grandsons (10 yrs and 8 yrs) have abandoned McDonald's and this Port of Subs is now their favorite restaurant. Very good subs, fast and friendly service.
Ive been coming here for years... always fantastic and more meat than any other sandwich shop in the area.
Very sparse on the meats, and bread was possibly fresh yesterday.
I had the peppered pastrami and turkey with Swiss on sourdough
