Reasonable but expensive food was let down by poor service and a bad atmosphere that could so easily have been rectified.
My wife and I had dinner for the first time tonight, taking advantage of their happy hour before spending $150 on a steak. We were shown to a bar seat that was already very busy, dark, and noisy. Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER by their general manager, MICHELLE. I don't care how good the food is. if you treat your customers like crap, we will NOT be your customer nor will we ever reccomend this place to anyone again!
My husband and I went here for our anniversary and it exceeded all expectations! The funky mid-century vibe was definitely our aesthetic. There were personal touches everywhere, from a card thanking us for celebrating with them, to the custom mocktails, to the manager visiting every table multiple times, every detail was perfection.
