If I could give a zero I would if you try placing an order over the phone the staff doesn’t know how to mute you and they complained about my husband having “no social skills” when he waited in silence after the phone was picked up because the staff didn’t say anything. When the lady did say something she said rudely how she could help them, then when he asked if he could place a to-go order she said let me grab a server for that, then she didn’t place the phone on hold and in the background he heard her complain to the server he has no social skills because she was waiting for him to say hello first apparently, and the server said “that’s what happens when you play Xbox all day and don’t have any social skills” then they hung up on us which now makes us very sad because we don’t want to go here anymore and even for it being mediocre breakfast anyways I don’t think anyone should even give them a chance anymore especially when they don’t know how to help anyone that calls and have insane wait times anyways you might as well save yourself the trouble from even trying with this place.

The food was not bad but it wasn’t great. Ordered breakfast take out so I could have breakfast at my infusion and they did not properly give you the items needed for the meal. Had to ask for butter and syrup and utensils and napkins, normally if it were being eaten at home those things wouldn’t matter too much but we were taking it to a hospital setting where there are no disposable utensils or condiments for us to be able to use and when we asked for them we were given the very bare minimum of butter and syrup and utensils which ended up not being enough for our meal. The food again was not bad but it definitely could have been better. The pancakes were very dry and bland and my chicken fried steak was not cooked properly. I think if I had maybe dined in the experience would have been different.

This place used to be a favorite for my family especially for brunch. However the last two times we have gone there for brunch the food has been very disappointing and they must be under fast or something because getting any service or getting our check so that we can pay once we were done was next to impossible. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes between the time we finished eating until the time we were finally able to get our check and pay. Such a bummer because my family and especially my kids have long enjoyed going here but we may have to find someplace different from now on sadly.

Great place to eat in downtown Mill Creek. It’s a very busy place. They offer traditional American food with good quality. The service is great, prices are good too. I hope to come back more often.

This place always seems busy, which is great for business. Went in around noon, and the place is packed. The server was nice, but we had to remind her of the add ons to the order. Figured this was because of how busy things were. Ordered the steak med rare...it was very well done. :( Bacon is great! Won't order the steak and eggs again but may consider their omelets. Pastries look amazing 👏

The food was alright but the reservation system is broken. We called ahead of time and made a reservation but once we got to the restaurant there was no entry or mention of it in their logs. Very disappointing because we then had to wait for another 20-30 mins once we got to the restaurant. Please update your reservation system.
They were very busy....so service was slow. Waitress was stressed and not really warm and fuzzy. Still enjoyed our meal.
