I don't understand how this place got 4.5 stars. They are definitely not a 4.5 restaurant.We were excited to try the new breakfast place after great experience at Rusty breakfast. First of all, we didn't feel welcomed to be there. We tried this place during the week past the noon and we still needed to wait for 10-15mins. We were seated by the fireplace (it was pretty hot to be sat next to it) and the table was too small for our dishes. We asked to be moved to another table and without any help from the server, we moved all the food and utensils by ourselves. The food took a little longer than we thought and my husband's food wasn’t what he ordered. Overall, the restaurant atmosphere was nice and cozy but the food was mediocre, and the service wasn’t great (we got our coffee refilled only once, and the server asked us if we needed boxes while we were still eating). It seemed like the server wanted us to leave ASAP. The price wasn’t that reasonable either. We won’t come back.

Best Au Jus Sandwich ever. Wonderful roast beef and the bread was delicious. Very well seasoned sauce. Excellent French fries! And great side salad. Very generous portions. Great attentive service with kind servers. Will definitely be back! Reasonable prices.

We had a large party and used your website to get on the wait-list. It's all electronic the app said 50 minutes and we got an alert that said our table was almost ready, so we verified we were on our way so we headed In to the restaurant and walked in and ended up waiting another 30 minutes in a small area by th door while others checked in afterwards were seated before....Frustrating as we had plans that we had to push back. Waitress was great food was good. Bad experience tho and probably wouldn't recommend or try again.

Attempted to call in an order over the phone. Hung up on by that waitress. Then I called again and another waitress took my order over the phone.That one tells me 20 minutes. I arrived 28 minutes later no food on sight. That waitress is found and says literally "Oh sorry I didn't put in your order yet but I do have your bill."Another 20 minutes later food. I won't be coming here again and I recommend you don't either.

We went here for a weekend brunch. Join waitlist online or else be prepared for longer queue at the cafe.Service was quick and nice. Menu has wide selection of items. We had Triple Fruit French Toast and Veggie Omelette. Both are too good. Quality and quantity is worth the price you pay for. Decent options for vegetarian food. Restaurant is kid friendly and they have exclusive kids menu.Parking is plenty. This cafe is located in MCTC, so no trouble finding parking.
