This is the location inside Safeway. Not the actual Starbucks location across the parking lot. Most of the employees are Safeway employees, so I try to keep my order simpler and avoid the holiday drinks. They really struggle with the ratios on those. So far, everyone that's been here has been extremely friendly! I haven't hit it at any of the busier times, so my orders have been taken and finished quickly each time.

This times food was burnt and when asked to redo it, they said they can’t cause the temp and timer was set. Won’t get the burrito again.

Went to the Starbucks inside Safeway. It was my grandson's 1st day of school and wanted to celebrate. The barista was such a pleasure! Wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Asked specific questions on info I forgot to add when putting in my order, rather than assuming, to make sure we got the right thing. He had his favorites, hot chocolate and cheese danish! There are 3 Starbucks within a block here. I'm so glad I chose the one I did. 5*experience!!

Don't like making things about race but I am now. I love how I come in and order my food, they tell me sandwiches are going to take a little while because they're backed up. Makes sense I can wait, but when the white people who come in and order after me get their drinks and food before me? Why is that? I don't want to think anything bad, but my mind goes straight to that. They didn't even have my name on my orders, they didn't call out anything I had to wait and check on my own to see if it was even ready. I understand being busy, I work in food and beverage too, but you can do better. I felt neglected and pushed aside. You'll probably read this and think nothing of it or that I'm exaggerating, but someone might feel the same as I did when I came inside.

I dont even know the person who serve me knows what customers service is,I didnt even ask for anything but her attitude on top of that the way she speack and the reply she give..if it was not for the coffee I wouldn't go to there and the worst part all the starbucks that is inside groceries store has really bad customer service ..poor poor service good coffee....
