Amazing location. Super friendly. My drink was made right, and my bagel was perfectly toasted. The space is very large but furniture and decor are quite welcoming. It's definitely a space to do some remote work or a homework meet-up. I've been here a few times when I'm in Washington, and I will continue to visit when I'm back again.

Had to stay here this morning due to no power and WOW they are so impressive to watch! Each person works so hard, running around to accommodate needs and wants, they all are admirable. During my people watching morning, I noticed cars pulling in and pulling out in records time! They also still had time to say hi to everyone who came in and chit-chat with them. Talking with them helped me take my mind off of not being able to go home. Thankful for them!
Bathrooms were dirty, out of toilet paper and soap. I kindly reported it with a lack-luster response. I take clients to this Starbucks and this is really a disappointment!

This location gets my drink wrong more times than not. I like the iced blonde vanilla latte with vanilla sweet cream instead of milk. But yet they read vanilla sweet cream and automatically assume it’s foam and will make the drink with 2% and add the foam on top. Even though it doesn’t say foam. It’s so upsetting when I do delivery because now I cant correct it and only get refunded for the up charge for the vanilla sweet cream milk replacement despite my whole drink being ruined and a waste of money.
For the third visit in a row, I've waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. They prioritize mobile orders and drive through, so unless you ordered one of those ways, it just seems like they don't care. Meanwhile, there's literally 10 drinks sitting on the counter getting cold.

Only go if your in a hurry and aren't picky about having your drinks made properly. Ordered a cheese croissant with my drink yesterday morning and spit it out due to tasting heavily of mold.
