Walk in and no one says a word to me. I'm literally at the cashier and he stares at me. Says absolutely nothing. Spent almost 7 dollars on a drink. Dear Starbucks, I'm done.

Just to let y’all know, talking about a customer to each other on your headsets is super unprofessional and uncalled for. We can hear you!! Especially when said customer asked a totally reasonable question. There’s nothing wrong with asking for a redo when you overfill a cup and it’s dripping everywhere. Coffee stains. Thanks for the hospitality.
I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes. I stop in all the time before work and have never had any issues. Employees are friendly, and my drink is correct every time.

I went in and I’ll say 5 minutes standing in front of the counter and I left, it was empty and the girl who made the smoothies was like cleaning some things or good morning she said she was just throwing things as if she were upset. The WORST service!

The staff is very kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable and pleasant, although I am not a regular. Usually I order using the app, and it’s always ready when I arrive. Yay!!! 😊💕👍

I don't get Starbucks often so I had a question about a specific drink on the menu and the lady behind the register just sighed at me. The lady making the drinks heard and was able to happily answer my question for me and give me a drink suggestion. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to answer customer questions. The rating would've been higher if it wasn't for that first impression. We went outside to drink our drinks instead of sitting inside the Starbucks.

This is a very run-of-the-mill Starbucks location. Starbucks pretty much never has a bad location due to their design-conscious model, but this one is bland. All seating is wood chairs, no cozy or unique features. Has the advantage of being open an hour later than other locations in the area. Employees are friendly as with most Starbucks in the area. Nothing special, but on par with a typical Starbucks.

I just had to teach an employee how to make an Americano with cream and sugar. And through the entire conversation, he asked me the same question about how my weekend was going repeatedly, like a nervous tic. I don’t know if Starbucks simply no longer offers training to new employers or what, but I was so uncomfortable by the time I left that I think I’m 100% a Gourmet Latte customer now, which I suppose is for the best.

I was put off by the young lady barista who was making drinks and constantly touching her head and hair while making my drinks. It's a food handling safety concern, I don't want a a stray hair tucked up under the lid of my hot mocha.
It's located within hypermarket and staff members were very friendly
Also, not so nice baristas ..
