The absolute OG of Teriyaki. Toshi to me is a local legend and I’ve been meaning to try out his Teriyaki for a while now. I’ve had teriyaki all over the Seattle area the last couple of years, and his is by far my favorite. The sauce is not overbearingly sweet, the char on the chicken is incredible, and it’s clearly freshly cooked, not just sitting in a hotel pan waiting to be reheated.
