This place is a hidden gem. My favorite dish is the combo (beef plus chicken). Their coleslaw is amazing, I mix it with my rice, fantastic! Prices are great too. You can't go wrong with Toshi's.

I come here all the time for lunch and usually go with the beef teriyaki, or combo (chicken & beef).
The the staff are friendly, the food is prepared quickly, the portions are large, it's a great price, and it's always delicious.
Only their service hours could be improved as they are only open Tue-Fri, & close between lunch and dinner.

I've been trying to get teriyaki from "The" Toshio for a while, and finally made it there for lunch.
First, the place is clean, but spartan and plain and has no sit down tables (though there's one outside). I never saw Toshio, who was cooking behind a partition. I assume it was him, but I can't prove it.
