I've been ordering pizza from here for 10+yrs and for the last 6 deliveries they have screwed up my order and when I call to get the correct items on my order I've been offered a complimentary desert and they don't even get that correct. Like last time they needed to fix my order I asked for brownies and instead I got hard as hard can be cinnamon twists and when you have NO teeth it's not fun trying to eat them so I just throw them away waisting food which I hate to do. I've had my order delivered to someone else and I got the other persons order. I've had half my order missing and when the driver said they would be right back with the rest of my order 45 minutes later I'm calling the store to see where my food is at and the driver has clocked off work for the night and didn't let anyone know that half my order was not delivered. I pay for the extra sauce and I never get it, not once. The food half the time is cold so I have to microwave it before I get to even try to eat it. On days where I do get my food quickly and it's hot and ready to eat OMG is it good.... I always tweek my pizza toppings to my liking with mixed sauces and then my favorite toppings. But the service I've been receiving lately on a score between 0 not at all liking the food and 10 loving the food and enjoying burning my mouth because the food is hot and I'm totally head deep into the food I would have to give a 3 or at most a 4.

I've been ordering at this address for years. But tonight was the latest I have received my order in a long time.The first eta said 723 and it kept going up and up as my son watched the tracker. When he got sad that the deliver car on the map stopped moving, I called. Got the run around. Our pizza finally showed up at 734. May start to pick up from bowdish store now. cause the food wasn't that great either. The tots are half cheesed, and the pizza is smooshed. Sheesh.**Checked receipt. From order to door total time was 47 min.

Once again they failed to deliver my order. When I called and spoke to the shift lead I explained that all the information shows correct on my side. Said they called 3 times but there was no call, the best they could do was resend the order which took 45 minutes the first time. When I ask who the store manager was and his name he said he didn't have to give his name and hung up on me. Way to go above and beyond on your screwups dominos. This would be 3 times in a row. 3 strikes and you're out.

I've been ordering online & carry-out here for years & have had a good experience 98% of the time. They were friendly over the phone when I had a problem with an online order.

I ordered 5 two topping pizzas (6.99 deal) on staurday at 1:30pm for delivery. The estimated time was 25 to 30 minutes. At 2:05pm I called the store to make sure the driver has my number incase he can't find us (we were at the discovery play ground). They asked for name and address of delivery and put me on hold. Then they said the driver is 4 minutes away. At 2:15pm I called again. This ended up being a 20 minute conversation. Apparently my order was never put into the system (even though my card was charged) and the driver they previously contacted was for someone else. I had to reorder my pizza and recieved it an hour and 20 minutes after it should have arrived at the park. This was a terrible start to a birthday party, I will never order delivery again. Dominos has been my go to place but this was the worst experience I have ever had! They offered me 50% off my order but when they told me the total, it was 2 dollars cheaper than I paid. I pointed this out and they said we can only apply one coupon at a time and since I was getting the 6.99 deal the price essentially didn't change at all. Honestly, such a big screw up should be on the house completely. I ended up paying essentially the same price only getting my pizza an hour and 20 minutes later.
