Came in on Monday 6-2-25 and I will never be back. The lady with the brown/blond curly hair was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. How you can have someone with that attitude in customer service is ridiculous. The food was great but it’s not worth being berated by someone on a power trip.
This is one of the most consistent fast food places around! You always know what you’re getting and it’s never skimped unlike some places. The employees are courteous and work hard to get your food out quick. Always a pleasure to come here.
The taco salads and crispy burritos are delicious! They forgot one of our food items but it was busy and they were very friendly. A+++ Would dine again!
Always a classic great food great experience
Fell short overall.

Avoid at all cost, after waiting 20 minutes we ended up throwing away all of the food because it was cold, tasted like cat food, and was stale all at the same time. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them for showing up at the drive thru. The soda tasted like soda water with a hint of syrup, who cheaps out on soda syrup, get better…
Terrible experience and terrible staff, this location should go out of business or change everything about themselves as they are fundamentally flawed. The apple empanada was a 10/10
I don’t know why I continue to come back and put myself through this misery. Probably because it is the closest one to me. Their service is beyond horrible! Seriously waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for a crisp taco, pinto burrito and mexi fries, 10 of that 20 minutes was just waiting at the intercom to order. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude! Avoid this location at all cost!
The food is just okay and the service just can be better just dont know what this store is missing but just doesn’t taste like taco time

My BF and I went to the one on Argonne and Trent. Food was ok..... but DUDE....he didnt even know about the empanadas... That's the best part. So good! Apple or Cherry, you will love em both.
I’m a long-time fan, but this was the WORST Taco Time I’ve ever been in. The store was dirty, the service was slow and rude. I asked for a crisp chicken burrito and the cook yelled that he didn’t feel like making them so there weren’t any. The food was inedible - the soft taco meat didn’t taste like Taco Time. It was bland and there was hardly any lettuce or tomatoes. The Mexi nuggets tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and were soggy and cold. Unfortunately, I took the food as takeout and didn’t notice until I was already several miles down the road. f I had time, I would have gone back and asked for a refund. The food had to be thrown away uneaten. On top of it all, the card payment machine REQUIRED a tip. That was $38 wasted.
Big TT fan, but this was one of our worst experiences. Order was simple but took 15 minutes to get. Burrito was burnt, mexi-fries were beyond too salty, and tacos were underfilled. Only 2 staff members there to handle drive-thru and walk-ins. Don't know if we'll be back.
Order was made more complicated by stepdaughter, yet counter and prep staff took it in stride and put up with her details. I love Taco Time, and this place shined when a hard order came up to them. Well done.
Very disappointed that this small regional chain, I love, has no quality control, restaurant to restaurant. Much higher prices at this location and a lower quantity of food, especially the ground beef. Plus, you have to pay extra for the sauces, that are out for free in the dinning area of other locations.
