I will not be going to this location again. I went on 10/29/25, sat in the drive-thru for 20 mins,on my lunch (30 mins) with 2 cars in front of me. After that waiting, the girl working the window had hickies all over her neck. Besides working with hickies, my opinion, I would not have her working front counter or drive-thru. Very disappointing. On the upside, the food was great.

I went through the drive through and had a very unpleasant experience, they told me to wait a minute to order in a very short way, and after placing my fiancés order I was going to order my food but the person working the drive through pushed me through to the window without asking if I wanted more food. Pretty shocked at the service I received, even the manager on shift was complaining about everything, including a box that wrappers are kept in.

Fast Mexican food restaurant what do you really expect? We got the big juan burrito meal with the tater fries, and the chicken rancho burrito. The burritos were ok and the easiest comparison is del taco, but nothing now than a way to fill up. The tater fries are tater tots, not sure why they decided to change the name.

Is taca time used to be a good place?Not anymore, I think the owner works there now.And he's the one that's making the food. Tonight we order a combination burrito meat and bean taco salad, taco burger, small tots, i should have checked it before I left. I did try a tot to find that They were cold and old. The counterperson had an attitude about replacing it We got home the beef and bean burrito combination burrito was just beans, and it was half the size that it used to be.. sour cream was put on the taco burger. When we said no sour cream on anything, we'll never go back ever. The service has gotten lousy, you can see it in her, and you can tell that she did not want to be there. And that she was pissed. and the owner is making crappy food. The place even felt real dirty. You can't even get a napkin out unless you stuck your hands all the way inside. If there was napkins in it.
Food is pretty good. The place is disgusting, especially the drive thru. Workers seem completely disinterested. Management could spend 100.00 on a pressure washer and change the look and quality of the drive thru experience in 20 minutes.
Like the new paint job on the exterior. Color scheme is nice. Always good 👍

Obviously the 'manger' working had a superiority complex, she kept talking down to the other employees. I have been a food service manager for years, I would never speak to my employees like she was. Nobody seemed happy to be there. The place was clean. Spending $30 on a quick lunch was a little overboard. The old Taco Time with the loaded tots is so missed.

Came in on Monday 6-2-25 and I will never be back. The lady with the brown/blond curly hair was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. How you can have someone with that attitude in customer service is ridiculous. The food was great but it’s not worth being berated by someone on a power trip.

This is one of the most consistent fast food places around! You always know what you’re getting and it’s never skimped unlike some places. The employees are courteous and work hard to get your food out quick. Always a pleasure to come here.
