I have been to this location several times, of which I have now decided I will not be a return costomer to this location. I thought maybe they were having a bad day a couple of visits back and it would get better the next time, but it did not. The customer service guy at the drive through window is really snarky and off putting. Terrible for customer service, kind of sketchy like he might spit in your food just for placing an order. The food ends up being bland, and they get mad if you don't leave your phone number. I will not go here again. Though the one's on Sprague have good food and friendly customer service, so I will continue to use their locations.

I came in today around 12:45ish and I ordered two specials and 3 Crustos. When I got my order I was missing one crustos. When I went to mention it to female cashier lady she cock an attitude saying I put 3 crustos in the bag myself, but I showed her two bags that I got from her that I only got two she rolled her eyes back and puffed and gave me a dirty look. She said I know I put 3 crustos in the bag. Look into both bags. Do you see 3 crustos. Come on. Getting an attitude over a bag of crustos. Literally just forgetting to add one more crustos. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Only giving 1 service star. Cashier lady needs an attitude adjustment if she going to work in the food industry and customer service area. Other than that. Food was excellent..

this is a nice Taco Time. they always have everything I want. their chimichangas are good so are their empanadas and they have the best tacos I think. it's a little bit pricey but it's worth it I like it better than Taco Bell. and I really liked her front entrance it's a sliding glass reminds me of the grocery store extremely easy access if you are in a wheelchair
Good food, friendly staff. Building looks like it used to be a bank so kinda weird. Close to pull and save so I will be back for sure.

I will not be going to this location again. I went on 10/29/25, sat in the drive-thru for 20 mins,on my lunch (30 mins) with 2 cars in front of me. After that waiting, the girl working the window had hickies all over her neck. Besides working with hickies, my opinion, I would not have her working front counter or drive-thru. Very disappointing. On the upside, the food was great.

I went through the drive through and had a very unpleasant experience, they told me to wait a minute to order in a very short way, and after placing my fiancés order I was going to order my food but the person working the drive through pushed me through to the window without asking if I wanted more food. Pretty shocked at the service I received, even the manager on shift was complaining about everything, including a box that wrappers are kept in.
I always get great service at Taco Time.
