The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of the young men working there. They looked so un happy to be at work but still we’re trying their best to be there. They are making this place function. 12:30pm I went there and got two crisp burritos. There was no happiness, there was no joy. To my astonishment I hear the female manager BARKING orders from the back at those young men. Now I have NEVER called an establishment to tell someone about themselves but you bet I did. Those young men need a place of enjoyment and opportunity not being miserable and barked at. As I told her on the phone, i understand if you are busy but that is not how you get your employees on your side. I also mentioned something to the worker and said “don’t let her talk to y’all like that” it was CRAZY. they mentioned something along the lines of “it gets so much worse”. After some constructive criticism and words with the manager I really hope this problem get solved. As a manager myself, this is not how you treat young men and that is not how you get respect.

Food was not even room temperature at 11:30pm, worker did not acknowledge me except to say 9.87, never smiled, said thank you or anything. Was traveling home in snow storm and needed some food to get the heart going and it was not even edible. Huge waste of money and time. Won't ever return to that location.

Every time I come to the trent location everyone is very friendly! However the last two weeks the drive thru has been extremely slow. I came on 3/19 with 5 cars in the drive thru it took 45 min before I even got to the window. Because of the excellent customer service I still prefer this

I haven’t been to this Taco Time before. It was a very pleasant experience. Great food, fast service, super staff & manager! Haven’t had the Crusto’s in a long time, ?, Will definitely be back again!

The employees here are great, the food is awesome, but the speakers in the ceiling desperately need to be replaced. We were going to dine-in, but the horrible sound from the old speakers made it a bit too loud, static-filled, and hard, for me, to deal with. But, the staff and food are a step above! We were going to dine in, but changed to take out.
