I haven't gone to big foot in several years and I went the other day and had a great experience. Liana was such an amazing barista! Our drinks were so good and she was so kind. You guys are so lucky to have her. I will definitely be coming back!

Hot coffee served warm. My friend could see that wasn't their frappe from across the room. Had to pay twice to get the drinks I wanted . I only order the same drinks every single time. I won't be back to this location. There's nothing that you can respond that will give your business another chance with me.

you have been doing terrible for the past 2 weeks! waiting time 15 minutes, one car in front of you! its too long! you communicate on personal topics and do not do your job, you should have fast service! instead of waiting in line for 15-20 minutes with 1 car
Brand new drive thru coffee shop and just waited in line with 1 car in front of me for 20 minutes. They had 4 easy drinks and some reason each drink took 5 minutes to make. Drive through’s shouldn’t be this slow. This should’ve been a drip house stand smh

I have tried so hard to give this place a fair shot and benefit of the doubt because it’s a newer stand and they may have had some growing pains, I can absolutely recognize that, but I have never had such consistent horrible service at a coffee shop ever. Every time I’m here it takes 20+ minutes (I’m not even joking) to get through their line because the workers are awfully slow at moving cars along. There is one barista who doesn’t even greet cars or say hello and just waits for you to start giving your order, and they all clearly look stressed everyday I come. My drinks have been fine, but for the service I get I may as well go to one of the other 5+ coffee shops in the small town. I used to love Bigfoot Java and was excited when they were opening a stand closer to me but the time I have wasted waiting in long lines and receiving poor service to then be expected to tip a barista… I understand the coffee business and having rushes with a bunch of cars and sometimes that happens but for it to be every time I come… seems like there’s more to the issue

I ordered a drink to go, but was good with finance and respect, very cool facility very cool staff and the coolest manager ever. We don't have coffee shops like this back home so it's a breath of frustrated to stop by a place that it's actually something that represents the Pacific Northwest and their obsession with coffee!
