I got a dirty chai vanilla 5 shots with oat milk. I’ve been comin to big foot almost every week of the year. Any big foot along i-5. The coffee and my drink are usually pretty good. This is thee most mid drink I’ve had from big foot yet, the ladies at the coffee stand didn’t meet my expectations for good communication and good service. They just asked for my drink, my number and then gave me my drink. No good afternoon, enjoy your drink, have a good day nothing. Very rude as I come here for good service because my mornings are pretty bad. I hope they work on their customers service skills and not just on catering to regulars even though I myself am a regular and have been for years. I go to planet fitness in Milton down the road it sucks I don’t feel like coming back to this Big Foot Java location bc of the service and coffee today.

Hot coffee served warm. My friend could see that wasn't their frappe from across the room. Had to pay twice to get the drinks I wanted . I only order the same drinks every single time. I won't be back to this location. There's nothing that you can respond that will give your business another chance with me.
