Great food, great service! Don't understand some of low ratings on here as I've always received top notch service that's quick and friendly. I feel like the bad reviews are people expecting fine-dining type of cuisine but it's clear that Hops is more bar/pub American style food. For what it is, my meals have always been delicious and simple.

Service is top-notch. Absolutely delicious lemon drops. The mushroom burger is one of the best I've had. Great place to eat!
beers are local and good but the food is just USFoods large quantity stuff put in the microwave. Tater tots were undercooked. Fish and chips were just out of the box and heated . You can find same or better in the freezer aisle at Safeway. Have a beer here but if you eat make it an app and don't expect it to be great.

Manager Josh and waitress Kristy are the best ever!!! Both are so friendly and made our date night out perfect! Friendly and fast services! Food is impressively good! We got the cheese sticks which are the best I’ve ever had! Buffalo wings are good, but sauce is more of a red hot flavor. Jalapeño burger is perfectly spicy and delicious! I totally recommend this place!!! Also, they rotate beers and when we went they had this beer called Matchless and it was the best beer I’ve ever had—very smooth! ~N3v3RsGirl

Love the food and drinks here. They def need to work on their food allergy protocol though. Thankfully my allergy is mild and I didn't end up reacting, but someone else could have had a more severe experience. First time I went I got chicken sliders and I was assured there was no dairy. Next time I went I got the same, but that time they told me that their sliders have dairy in the batter, meaning they had given me dairy my first visit. Again, my reactions are just headaches and I didn't get one that time, but it worries me for someone else's sake. Still really like this place but I hope they fix this issue.
