Great food, great service! Don't understand some of low ratings on here as I've always received top notch service that's quick and friendly. I feel like the bad reviews are people expecting fine-dining type of cuisine but it's clear that Hops is more bar/pub American style food. For what it is, my meals have always been delicious and simple.

beers are local and good but the food is just USFoods large quantity stuff put in the microwave. Tater tots were undercooked. Fish and chips were just out of the box and heated . You can find same or better in the freezer aisle at Safeway. Have a beer here but if you eat make it an app and don't expect it to be great.

Manager Josh and waitress Kristy are the best ever!!! Both are so friendly and made our date night out perfect! Friendly and fast services! Food is impressively good! We got the cheese sticks which are the best I’ve ever had! Buffalo wings are good, but sauce is more of a red hot flavor. Jalapeño burger is perfectly spicy and delicious! I totally recommend this place!!! Also, they rotate beers and when we went they had this beer called Matchless and it was the best beer I’ve ever had—very smooth! ~N3v3RsGirl

Love the food and drinks here. They def need to work on their food allergy protocol though. Thankfully my allergy is mild and I didn't end up reacting, but someone else could have had a more severe experience. First time I went I got chicken sliders and I was assured there was no dairy. Next time I went I got the same, but that time they told me that their sliders have dairy in the batter, meaning they had given me dairy my first visit. Again, my reactions are just headaches and I didn't get one that time, but it worries me for someone else's sake. Still really like this place but I hope they fix this issue.

The food is really good. The host and servers are really amazing, they'll check on you to see how things are and they'll ask if you need a refill on your drinks. But just order the boneless chicken wings cuz one of them will be half hot and half cold but I don't know about the rest since I'm not gonna eat them. Some of the people in the kitchen should make sure the food is fully cooked and not half cold cause how did they get hired if they can't even make sure the food isn't cold and they have their food handlers card so they shouldn't fail at this. Would come here but not order one the items I ordered.
I've been to this location multiple times now for lunch, breakfast and dinner and the staff is always friendly. The service was great, the food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. I've had the: jalapeño cream cheese burger, chicken fried steak, spicy chicken grilled cheese, and their triple threat crispy chicken sandwich. These were all tasty and I would order them again.

I recently dined at Hops and Drops and had the pleasure of being served by Rayneesha, who truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, her warm and welcoming energy stood out. She was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
What really impressed me was her knowledge of the menu—she gave great recommendations and was able to answer all our questions with ease. The timing of our food was perfect, and she checked in at just the right moments. You could tell she genuinely cared about our experience.
Rayneesha’s friendly and professional service really elevated the entire dining experience. If you’re at Hops and Drops, I highly recommend asking for her. She’s an absolute gem!
