The drive-through was great, quick to address you and respond. The order was correct (amazing) and the food was of great quality, hot ,fresh fries and burger made to my order. The food was gonna take a couple minutes so they asked me to park around front and promptly brought it out to me. I like this because it doesn't cause a line to back up in the drive-thru which I rarely see executed at other MCDONALD'S. The staff here seem very competent and well trained.

I’ve given this location several chances, thinking it might have just been an off day, but each time I’ve had the same issue after eating a burger here. Because of this, I’ve decided not to return to this specific location.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my experience at McDonald's Milton. I was sitting near the kitchen area when I saw a RAT running across the floor! I couldn't believe my eyes. It was disgusting and definitely a huge health concern. I understand that sometimes things happen, but this is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves food to the public. I immediately walked out, and I won’t be returning. This was beyond disappointing. I hope they take better care of their hygiene and pest control. Avoid this location if you care about cleanliness!

This McDonald’s seems to be the least efficient one I’ve ever been to. I’m currently waiting in line at the drive-through and it has been 20 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me to order when I got here. I have driven up and given up and driven away two other times this week when I tried to eat here. They really need to fix things because it doesn’t work.

Food was fine a little sloppily put together sauce all on the wrapper cheese and lettuce everywhere tasted fine but the sprite tasted like they haven't cleaned the soda fountain in forever went through the drive thru and sprite had after taste of mold like when you eat a piece of bread it's got that earthy lingering taste clean your machines

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s a few times. Everytime they get something incorrect. Most recent was putting nuggets in a chicken strip box. Long waits as well.
Look elsewhere! Stopped by for breakfast and they gave me a hashbrown that was partially frozen and still cold to the touch. I went back, and the manager gave no acknowledgment or apologies but did walk over and give me a replacement hash brown. Would've preferred the manager to apologize, or at least some acknowledgment.

Consistently great experiences at this location! Kit was especially friendly and helpful! So far every time I eat here I've gotten only hot and fresh food. It's very clean and the coffee never tastes old either. I'm impressed with how helpful & kind the staff are here. Great atmosphere.

McD is now more expensive than sit-down, white cloth napkins, restaurants. I can eat a healthy burrito accompanied by a soda for 12 dollars, tax included at Chipotle for less than most fatty burgers at McD. The prices have increased 3 fold in the last couple of years.

I don’t know what the hiring process is here but what I can say is they hire some of the best employees I’ve ever encountered. They’re amazing which tells me they’re treated good here and the owner cares who she hires. I love this ❤️ The food is always fresh too I literally drive 30 min here just because they’re that good.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Edgewood, WA for a quick iced coffee through the drive-thru. I accidentally ordered a hot coffee by mistake, but when I went inside to ask for a cup with ice, the staff kindly provided it without any extra charge. The inside of the restaurant was impressively clean, and the AC was a welcome relief on such a hot, sunny Washington day. I appreciated the friendly service and how easygoing the staff were about my mix-up. The drive-thru did take a bit longer than usual, which was a small inconvenience. Still, the overall experience was positive and made better by the comfortable, well-kept interior.
