I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other store. I am really glad that my house is a few miles away because this store in particular will always have my business!
