Pizza here are always good, staff are so quick to whip pizza! The atmosphere is not the best since it has a very small lobby so one time there's at least 8-10 of us in the lobby and we all can smell each other. Not very ideal during busy time but over all, I like ordering from this store because it's convenient from home.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza last night and had a maximum of 30 slices of pepperoni on it. Total ripoff. Papa Murphy's used to put 80 slices of pepperoni on their pizzas, and the majority of the pizza was covered with pepperoni. Last night's Pizza had about three slices on each slice. Will never go back there. Totally unacceptable.

We ordered online and it said pick up within 30 mins. About 45 mins later went to pick up the order and one of the employees said it should be on the already paid for rack, it wasn't. They asked the name and they said "oh, we haven't started your order and we are out of cinnamon monkey bread, so you can wait ten minutes and we can make it or you can have garlic bread instead." I said, 'okay I guess I'll wait.'Ordered a half and half pizza, which didn't taste bad. The way the cinnamon monkey bread was "thrown" together was awful. Like how is it supposed to look satisfyingly enough to eat?!

So we ordered a pizza and didn't realize it was made wrong until it was cooked. Pizza was $25 and a medium size.Went back in and spoke with a "Michelle" (if the correct name was given) and was told they would not replace it. Well do you want back the cooked pizza? I'm confused.I remember when businesses used to take care of their customers when they would make a mistake (and admit it). I guess those days are in the past. We'll not be going back to them and instead go to another one a few miles away and highly suggest others do as well. Such terrible business practice and customer service.

Ever since they changed the small pizza to medium and medium to large and large to family it sucks. The pizza sucks now. Cheap meat cheap cheese.

Most abysmal customer service ever. Even when employees make the mistake they insist on arguing with customers on how they placed their order instead of fixing the mistake (yes we offered to pay the cost difference) even the manager stoops so low as to start an argument up again when a family member attempts to get the pizza replaced. I am completely surprised at what Papa Murphy's considers customer service. Anywhere else when a mistake is made it is fixed yes mistakes happen that's okay but please hold yourselves accountable and fix them for your customers sake. You have lost the business of me and my entire family. I will also be sure to tell everyone else that Papa Murphys is rude and disrespectful to its customers. We will be placing a complaint with the better business bureau as well since they refused to give any corporate or management number.

The last two times I have ordered up my 5 meat stuffed pizza, there has been issues. The first issue was they were out of Canadian bacon on the second to last visit. The last visit, I always add extra sauce and extra cheese to my pies. On the stuffed I have them put half of the extras on the inside and the other on top. I know that I paid for the additional items because of the total that it came to. Took it home, baked it up and it was drier than the Sahara desert! So tonight is the straw that broke this customers back!! The store shows ONLINE THAT THE STORE IS OPEN UNTIL 9:00 PM. WHICH HAS BEEN THE HOURS THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN UNTIL FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I arrived at the store at 8:17 PM walked up to the door and was shocked to find it locked. Looked up at the sign and it had just been turned off. I had noticed the open sign was lit when I had pulled into the parking lot. So with my smart phone I looked up the stores website and on the site it said it would be closing soon at 9:00 pm. I called the number listed and an employee answered the phone with hello. I had to ask if this was the Edgewood/Milton Papa Murphy’s. The employee confirmed that it was, I proceeded to then ask him if I could order a pizza. He then informs me that the store is now closed for the day. I informed him that according to the website they were to be open for another half hour. He then said we now close at 8:00 pm. I informed him that it would have been nice of MANAGEMENT TO HAVE UPDATED THE WEBSITE, thanked him for having to now figure out what I was going to make for dinner. Especially since the rest of my family was sitting at home, oven preheated, ready to have pizza.It’s most unfortunate that the owners of this franchise does not respect us as customers who by purchasing pizza at this location help them pay for his bills and a portion of their profit margin. Maybe they will figure it out when enough of us stop returning. It’s a shame because for the longest time they made a great pizza and I didn’t have hungry mouths at home to feed.I suggest to call first and co firm that they will be open. No sense wasting your time, gas and energy because they decided to change hours of operations and then fail to inform the public by updating their web page.If it was possible they would have received negative star rating. However in order to leave a review you must put down at least one star.

I wasn't about to waste more gas than the pizza toppings are worth nor give them any future money, so I left and went next door to get some take n bake. There's plenty of other pizza places around that provide better customer service and don't mess up pizzas on a regular basis.
