Coffee is good as always, but the service is terrible, barista is rude and unfriendly. it is much more pleasant to visit a starbucks that is located further down the street

The original girl taking our order was incredibly kind but got taken over by who I assume was someone in a higher position…I asked for a hot passion tea with a couple of ice cubes to make it cooler (should have just said kids temp since it’s for my daughter who has a cough but I didn’t realize this would lead to confusion) they told me they couldn’t do that but I’m not sure why as it’s a tea bag in hot water vs the shaken already made they use for iced. She made me feel really dumb for asking for a hot tea lol she said that she can’t guarantee any other Starbucks would do this for me (to put a tea bag in water and make it cooler than scalding hot?). I’ve always gotten a hot passion tea and even my 8yo asked why the second girl was yelling at me lol So if you go here don’t order a hot tea that could also have a premade iced version until the fall I guess. 3 stars because normally everyone here is amazing ??‍♀️

22 mins so far in the drive through, and I've moved 2 car lengths. 22 minutes. I can't get out, and now I'm late. Once again, a super great job by the management of this location. *** In the end, it took 27 mins from the time I drove up (the person in front of me had just ordered, but couldn't move forward), to get through a backup of 5 vehicles. Person at the window just said,"Yeah, that was a long wait. It will be $7.11 today". This is by far the closest Starbucks to my home, and I have to avoid it because it's a failure nearly everytime. To top it off, the first sip I took after waiting 27 minutes saw the lid pop off and fall in my lap, and coffee down the front of my shirt. Just fantastic.

Some of the baristas here are wonderful, but there are at least a few that are aggressively rude, passive aggressive, and inappropriate. I tried to talk to the baristas about it and ask what I can do to change our interactions and one very sweet barista told me that the way that their systems process mobile orders makes it difficult for the team when people arrive too soon after placing mobile orders. I appreciated that feedback and started making sure I waited until right before the app said my order would be ready to join the drive thru. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed my interactions with baristas. My last visit my mobile app said my order would be ready by 8:18 am. I got to the speaker at 8:17 am and was told, with intense attitude, "we literally just got your order so I make no guarantees it will be ready". My order was not in fact ready and when the very sweet man working the drive thru asked for an update, I got to listen to another barista have a literal tantrum on the floor and go off about how she told me it wouldn't be ready and "she's just going to have to wait or go back through the drive thru... she's not holding up the line because she can't listen". I get jobs being stressful and about I'm ignorant to the ways people may unintentionally make baristas' jobs harder (which is why I tried to have a dialog with them), but that is absolutely no excuse for them to be so intentionally rude, passive aggressive, and disrespectful. They are just trying to do your job, I get that, which is why I tried work with them to improve our interactions, but just as they are just trying to do their job, I'm also just existing, and I don't know the nuances of being a barista, there's absolutely reason or excuse for them to be so mean and ugly to me. I only have this issue with this specific location. Everyone else at every other location is lovely and treats people with dignity & kindness, hence, I will never go to this location again.

Just got a drink I usually get thought I would try location by my gym. They filled my ice to the brim, lid could touch top of the cup. I am a rewards member never had this problem before. but ice is basically what I just bought for $8.

Real don't about because I always use the drive thru. But the service is very good. They always seem to have the right breakfast sandwich. Really like their speed in serving the customers with speed and curiosity.
