Just got a drink I usually get thought I would try location by my gym. They filled my ice to the brim, lid could touch top of the cup. I am a rewards member never had this problem before. but ice is basically what I just bought for $8.

I have tried to give this Starbucks many chances at least three times and all three times the drinks have been terrible. Last time I was here the drink was bad but I decided to give it another try due to convenience after shopping. This time I order the vanilla, sweet cream, cold brew. She handed it to me and it wasn't mixed up so I grabbed one of those wooden sticks to mix it and that's when she said oh I made it wrong. Apparently she hadn't put the vanilla mix in it and had only put the soft top on it so she took it away. Dumped it out and made a whole new one. I tasted it. It was super bitter as if she had only put one small drop of cream in it. I mixed it up and I just asked her hey, would you mind adding a little bit of cream you don't have to remake the drink I just think it's a little too bitter... She ended up pouring cream alright, she poured it until it ran outside of the cup onto the counter, and couldn't care less. She had a crappy attitude after that.I am by no means a complainer, and this type of coffee is not hard to make but her attitude sucked. I actually ended up just throwing my drink away and leaving. The cashier was very kind . The barista on the other hand not so much. This is the location inside of the Milton Safeway.

Real don't about because I always use the drive thru. But the service is very good. They always seem to have the right breakfast sandwich. Really like their speed in serving the customers with speed and curiosity.

Customer service is always great here and the staff is always friendly. However today I asked for light ice and they filled my cup half full. They also put way too much matcha in my cup… I’ve been drinking these matcha teas for years and never has it been this strong or dark green.

Based on my experiences, the employees were observed working hard and making the drink(s) quickly. Friendly staff as well. Accurate with the order(s). Located within Safeway near the entrance. I would recommend and would return.
