I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Been going to Pacific Beach for several years, found my way to the bar after noon on a Saturday Sept 2024.

Turns out this place is part of a resort - there's the bar, a cafe where you can also order food, gift shop, hotel (with that 80s hotel smell), clean bathrooms.

Got the fish n' chips, $14.95. Other reviews called them 'amazing,' I'd rate them as average. Not bad, just average. Pint of Manny's relatively cheap at $5.50, full range of fried bar foods and burgers.

I also got the chowder, which tasted like it was homemade, pretty good! 4/5, becaause it was too salty.

Given the area is extremely lacking in terms of food, and this place does absolutely nothing to advertise itself (no signage), it's definitely worth a try if you don't feel like spending $20+ for a burger up in Seahurst. Also, no worry about getting a seat.

Tbh I haven’t been there since 1980 but after looking at the pictures of the beach and the food it makes want to go back there just to revisit some good memories that I have of my visit there so many years ago. Thank you for sharing your pictures.

Cook refused to split a $20 breakfast dish into two containers just because I did not go down to the restaurant.
The veggie scramble was not cooked. Peppers, mushrooms, and onions were hard and could not be eaten. If I was dining in I would have sent the whole breakfadt back to the kitchen.

Dietary restrictions: Veggie options but they dont cook them well

Parking: 50 spaces around hotel

Fish and chips are very good, and more affordable than a restaurant in a nearby town. Customer service good aswell.

I'm not a fan of posting bad reviews, so I'll try to highlight the good here first.
The service was very friendly and food came out in a reasonable time. The coffee was hot and so was the food.
The food wasn't bad, just pretty "meh" all around. The hashbrowns were a little burnt. Some may say the bacon was also a little burnt, but I like my bacon extra crispy, so I wasn't upset with this. The coffee tasted quite watered down, but at least it didn't taste burnt!
Considering the lack of breakfast options locally, it was nice to have. I don't know if I'd go back, though.

We love stopping in here for a bite to eat when we come to Pacific Beach. The food is good, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. But be willing to wait a minute during peak season because it does get busy!! However, it's worth the wait! I've been coming here for, I would guess, 20 years or more, so that's saying something!!

Parking: Only time parking is an issue is peak season during the popular meal times. Plan your meals and you can miss the parking issues, most of the time IF there is ever an issue.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of spaces right up front, and there is a covered area to drop off your passenger as well and park.

We go here every New Years Eve and meet the same friends we've met years ago. We only see them then and enjoy dancing and party favors. It is open to locals though it is a Navy Recreation area and active and retired families. We plan to continue!

Friendly place. Excellent food. The fish and chips were moist and delicious. There is no sign on the building, making it difficult to find. Google will get you there.

Google says they were open until 8pm but they closed the restaurant at 6:30pm. The staff at least allowed us to order some food for take-out. Odd hours and had we not got the attention of staff ourselves I feel like we would have been ignored. I just can’t figure out what customers this place is aiming for. It doesn’t seem like the typical touristy types looking for dinner on a Saturday night right next to one of the biggest tourist destinations on the Washington coast.
