We had our end of the year football party here. Hundreds of dollars spent to celebrate our young players.
Staff, specifically the older man with a goatee was rude the entire time. He was aware of 11-12 year old boys and immediately said they were being disrespectful by being loud. They accused several parents of stealing from the salad bar because they were using the wrong plate for the salad bar, which they didn’t explain. Our whole party of 50+ had paid for the salad bar. When it was time for our group to leave, it was “Get out” on the dot.
I have been going to Alfy’s long before that dude knew what it was. We were celebrating the youth of the Monroe Community and he clearly didn’t care that we paid a lot of money to be there. He knew several members of our party that had paid for the salad bar and said they were stealing because they used this wrong plate.
Never again. And I will encourage all sports teams to avoid this place. I say that as a Monroe community member for 30 years. This place went wrong.

Very clean and family-friendly environment. There are lots of options for the salad bar. Pizza is always cooked to perfection. On the high price (but what pizza joint isn't), highly recommend for anytime, and they have reserved rooms for parties and team events. One try, and you will be hooked.
Vegetarian options: Lots of stuff for veggie lovers to eat. Maybe harder for vegan. I can always find lots of stuff to eat here.

The one star was only because of the non optional 8% service charge added to my order. Who gets that fee? The employee says they don't. Any additional cost should be calculated in the price of the meal not added to. Food was great, service was great, but I did not leave my normal 20% tip because of the non optional "service fee" of 8%. And will now be getting my pizza elsewhere.
