I waited a few years to leave this review hoping things would get better. I’ve grown up in Monroe and I always loved this place. The food is great, however, the restaurant was sold a few years ago and I noticed immediately the serious decline in service and atmosphere. I can’t blame the staff as I have been in and seen enough employees to realize that this is an owner/management issue. They never answer the phones and half the time they say they are open they are closed. It’s very unfortunate because I used to come there all the time and the food is still good.

For the location and the price especially, please believe this is one of the burger joints you're always considering. The daily special for 11.99 is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try their fish. These guys even found my coffee mug and cleaned it for me. Very good people very decent atmosphere.

My wife and I ate here for the first time and we absolutely loved it the fries were delicious and the burgers were absolutely prepared to perfection I gave mine a 10 at 10 right next to me highly recommend this place

This hands down is my favorite place in the area to order. I grew up in Marysville and we have a really good burger place there for many years and then it closed. And I can tell you after relocating further out I was so happy to find this place to fill that missing craving I have missed so much. The fry sauce is amazing the crinkle cut fries always on point. And the butterscotch shake is in my top 2 places in the whole state.

Stopped in after a Spartan race and got a bacon cheeseburger, fry and heath shake. It really hit the spot and was pretty darn good. The staff were super friendly and even offered me a chocolate shake to help with cramping! Super nice and friendly. Recommend whenever you’re looking for a real burger at a decent price too.

Not worth coming anymore. Use to stop by once or twice a week but they are closed everytime I stop by. I called and drive there and the hours say open but they never are.
I wouldn’t even bother with this place. First off it was not very clean when walking in. Floor and booths were dirty. Second, I don’t know what was going on but the lady that worked there was so rude. I have no idea why,but I don’t care, her attitude was uncalled for. The fries were good. Also got the classic cheeseburger and it was just ok and not seasoned at all. I’ve definitely had better and there was nothing that made me want to return here and I never will. Don’t work in a customer based business if you don’t want to deal with ppl.

Fantastic burger joint! Great selection of fun delicious burgers and sandwiches. Wonderful GF options and the bun doesn't fall apart in your hands. Don't even get me started on the shakes made with real ice-cream!!! From the people to the food top shelf through and through!

I got an order of large mozzarella sticks for $8.99 which only included 6 mozzarella sticks. I was expecting more for the price. They tasted good, but I would expect to pay less than $1 per stick. Overpriced.

I'd rate this place a lot higher if it was ever open when we stopped by. Hours on Google say it's open but twice now I've stopped by at lunchtime and they're closed. The only time we ate here it was really good and we wanted to try it again but it's just been a waste of time. We just wanted some sundaes 😭
