Absolutely not the same since change in ownership. Where is the old owner? They didn't know how to make flamethrower sauce, and couldn't even prepare a Misty Freeze.
No offense to the hourly workers, this is beyond their scope. However, the atmosphere is empty and polished, not friendly like before.
The service is disconnected, employees and management don't communicate, rather new employees are passive-aggressively tooled around.
The food is mid at best. Not real flamethrower sauce, not a real Misty Freeze, don't even attempt to order off the secret menu because they don't know it.
Someone didn't get the franchise paperwork.

Had a combo meal sub onion rings for fried with med drink $18 . Burger was really greasy/dripping and didn't taste good , onion rings were really good but not going back ,too expensive for a sloppy meal

I ordered a cake for my daughters graduation party. I ordered it almost a week before. I picked it up this morning at 10am. I had to wait 20 minutes past that time because it wasn't ready. When I received it, it was rushed, sloppy and looked horrible. It took me 15 mins to get home and all the frosting was a complete mess by the time I arrived home. This cake looks so bad I don't even want to serve it to guests. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Please reach out for a refund as it's going in the trash. I did not have the time to continue to wait and argue with your staff as we already had people arriving at home.

I think they might be using AI as their welcomer before an actual staff member takes your order through the drive-thru. If you’re AI conscious, please be aware of this.
My husband and I ordered blizzards and they both had very weird elements. His didn’t taste like it usually does and had chocolate chip bits that tasted chalky/gritty to him in the cookie dough blizzard. Mine had a very foul and rancid tasting pecan that soured my mouth and mood. The cup my husband was given had an almost complete circular cut on the bottom and it started leaking in the car and on his belongings. Super weird experience! Staff were nice, however. I might not order the pecan caramel blizzard again, though. :-(
**** UPDATE: The manager called the next day, explained the situation, and offered us replacements on the house. He was very kind and apologetic over the quality of the blizzards and emphasized the importance of health safety. We appreciated his kindness and commitment to keeping health safety at DQ. We’ve never had this happen before, so it was a kind gesture! :-)

Edit: I don’t appreciate the response. Essentially it feels like an excuse for terrible or messed up orders. Not to mention saying there’s a lot of fraudulent things even though I actually emailed DQ headquarters I didn’t have the receipt since I paid cash in the store and didn’t ask for one. I do have pictures of the blizzards though that I purchase. And the reviews show it not just mine.
So yet again gave this store a chance, it’s Mother’s Day by the way. But once again had a crappie experience. Bought 2 small blizzards with extra toppings. Well what I got was 15$ mistakes. Every time we come here our order is wrong. It’s beyond frustrating, these things are so expensive to be having mistakes made every time. We pay for these to be blended properly, I want to point out that not only was I not given the extra topping I paid for it also just had the topping mixed in the top half. Absolutely none below half of the cup. Straight vanilla ice cream. How disappointing and a complete waste of moneyand for us, a special treat. Won’t be back, and judging by the reviews neither will many other people. This is how Buisness fails….

I really appreciate how they don't have a screen for the drive through so you can see if they £μ€K up your order like everyone else does it's so great that you have to find that out when you get to the window

Don't sell me a meal then demand extra money at the window for dipping sauce. Fantastic way to lose customers.
We love going to Dairy Queen but, we went tonight and they charged us 29.00 for 3 blizzards and a parfait. That is ridiculous!!!!!! We are being taken advantage of, im so tired of this.
Was fine we just came here to suggest a new blizzard flavor. Something with Bacon. Maple Bacon maybe?
Had mayo on my burger when ordered dry with no sauce!
