The owner denied me entry to his restaurant because of my service dog. He didn't allow any accommodation. His service manager stated I had too much time on my hands and should get married and have kids when I called in later to gather names to file a formal complaint. This is not how owners or management should run a business. I recommend you go to Ixtapa, the food is better and the owners would never treat anyone like this.
they have a sign in the lobby about service animals but when i stated my girl is tasked trained i was still denied service with my service animal and was flat out told to leave.
Service was quick, food was great, and the outdoor seating area is right over the water of Tye Lake! Definite recommend!!
