Hwy 2 Fusion Diner is a true hidden gem! Tucked inside a gas station, you’d never expect food this good. Bright, friendly atmosphere and absolutely delicious dishes — the chicken tortilla soup was fantastic! Huge thanks to Marcelo and his awesome crew — they make you feel welcome the second you walk in. This is one of those “must check out” spots that surprises you in the best way possible. Don’t drive by—stop in, say hi to Marcelo and his team, and enjoy!

This is my favorite restaurant to eat at. Amazing food and service. On Saturday and Sunday it is very busy at the lunch hour. So get there early to get your table or you might have to wait outside for a bit. ❤️ 😃 🙏 ✌️

This was the first restaurant I ever ate at when I move to Monroe a few years back. It is so delicious I ask my wife if we can come hear every week. The staff is nice and personable! I get chilequiles with carne asada with avacado! It's so good!
Everything thing here is amazing!! The servers are wonderful the food is so so good. It's always clean. The breakfast burrito's are huge. The cinnamon roll French is the bomb. I had the best monte Cristo ever!! You have to go!! Best place to eat in Monroe!!

We just had a lovely lunch here after hiking at Wallace Falls! I had the strawberry and cream crepes combo with bacon, eggs, and home fries. Everything hit just the right balance to take it to the next level: deeply ruffled strips of bacon, crispy and chewy potatoes, buttery eggs, and delicate, creamy crepes. I look forward to visiting again. Ask for the spicy sauce!
