I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center

We go every year for Christmas breakfast and this year the food was awful and sooooo small. I ordered an omelette and it couldn’t have been no more than 1 egg. The service was great. The food was awful and sooooo small over priced!!

Came in for dinner tonight and was very displeased. My husband had to ask for the rest of his meal 10 mins after he had gotten the first part. We were only given 4 out the 6 mozzarella sticks for our appetizer. I ordered the shrimp platter was brought fish, I let the waitress know it was supposed to be shrimp and when they brought out the shrimp I was missing half of the shrimp and the fries were cold and hard. This was the worst dinning experience my family has ever had at a restaurant. Thankfully our waitress was kind.
This was the 2nd time going here and our burgers were pink pink. The manager Courtney really needs to get up to date on food safety! She came over and told us that they serve all their burgers at medium rare!🤮

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.
