I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center

We go every year for Christmas breakfast and this year the food was awful and sooooo small. I ordered an omelette and it couldn’t have been no more than 1 egg. The service was great. The food was awful and sooooo small over priced!!

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Been in here 4 times since it opened. I have been very pleased with the food, service, cleanliness. Service was quick, and the food was correct (even with my obnoxious, picky orders) and everything was great! Keep it up, guys/gals!

We got sat at a table and 45 minutes later we left after we never got served. Not a drink order. Not a visit to our table to tell us they were busy. Not anything. I watched a server laughing and joking and talking to the table next to us for 10 minutes. Then she walked away. We hollered and finally got up and walked out.
I have spent a few thousand dollars at this IHOP location and it's just gone to heck. It started okay, and there are one or two servers on the weekends that are okay, but otherwise it's worse than Denny's was before they went out of business.
We are done. This is the third strike for us the previous two are not worth mentioning. They have new menus with higher prices and wise y service.
No thanks. Go somewhere else.

Mara was our server and absolute gem! Very attentive and answered all questions we had about the menu. Hannah was so friendly and just so happen to be cleaning tables at the time, we got into a genuine conversation that left us with smiles!

Recently visited the Ihop on 5076 Lakeland Drive Flowood Mississippi cost was $15 for 3 pancakes 🥞 and a glass of diet Pepsi. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with an excessive wait time of almost an hour for our order. Moreover, the restrooms were dirty and unacceptable.

We had a bad experience where there were problems with the food and when we complained the servers were downright rude.
I spoke to the manager on the phone Scott Stazzone who insured us that the issue would be rectified by refunding the meal.
It was never done
This is not good business practice as we were insured by the manager it would be done.
