Got a carryout here in GA. $51 worth of food and they only made half of it. Then confused my name with someone else’s because they both started with a K. I dont know what that had to do with giving me what is on my receipt. That other person had a whole different receipt. Then they made up a reason to not give me a refund because its Sunday. So now that I complain about IHOP not being able to refund food that they didnt make, they finally refund it. But its going to take 3 business days because they put on the refund that I just didnt want my food. Not that they never made all of it. I ordered over $50 worth of food, you make $20 and no one sees an issue with this

I would decide on something that I had no clue of what it was There were like 50 flavors of syrup My syrup steward helped me with the selection and recommended a pretty dry maple that was busy but never precocious...
The waiter with a French accent would ask if you would like Ze Bay-Cone or ze zau-sage Ach der lieber! I'm feeling German. Let's go mit der sausage in a move of reckless abandon. I am alive.
The menu has changed a bit since then. Different " international choices and only three different flavors of syrup to choose now if you you are lucky. The price has gone up since then too. That said, the food is still good and the service I had was reminiscent of when | was a kid.
Our waitress was very fast, attentive, efficient, and kind.
You can tell that she is the kind of person who loves her jobs. Those people are so hard to find these days.
Most waiters and waitresses seem to specialize in serving up a dish of attitude at other restaurants, especially in other cities, but I won't mention any names ( Seattle)
Even though you may not get the Flap Jacks Dejour here, I will keep coming back because of the service and good food ..

The server was slow and never ever came to check on us. I asked for tea and never got it. But she had no problem checking on the other tables multiple times…… She just ignored us so she got no tip. Makes me sad because I love tipping but I refuse to tip someone who puts in ZERO effort. Been here several times and it was the first time we had such a bad experience. I’m not sure if I even want to come back.

The first couple times I went here, honestly the food was...meh. But then again this particular establishment has only been operating for less than a year, so I chalk the food up to the establishment was still getting settled and the staff still learning the flow. However, upon my most recent visit I can say the food has gone from simply meh to excellent. My usual go to order is the breakfast sampler. And I was not disappointed. My wife enjoyed the chicken fried steak breakfast and stated she would definitely order it again. And the service was exemplary.

Sydney was AMAZING!!! Our daughter is autistic, and only eats pancakes so I asked if we could sub some more Jr pancakes for the bacon and egg. She went above and beyond to bring them out within 5 minutes! And brought out a plate full! It was an emotional experience to see someone show kindness and compassion. She was on top of her service and checking on us our whole visit. Our best experience yet here!!! She deserves a raise!!

Loved the service here. Kiyana, the manager made our visit extra special. Her attention to detail and friendly customer service were exceptional. She was also very professional.

Very fast service good food and great customer service. My waitress always made sure I had everything I needed and the food was to my liking. Before eating at this IHOP location in Monroe which was the first time I have eaten at this location, I pretty much had written off IHOP as a restaurants to eat at having had bad experiences at both of the IHOPs in Everett. This IHOP had considerably better food than any other IHOP location I have ever visited/eaten at and has changed my opinion on the restaurant chain and I will definitely be returning to this location to eat again in the near future

I went there for the first time since they opened, ordered blueberry pancakes, the servers were busy because the place was full with customers, The restaurant manager (Didn't know his name) personally delivered my order, that is a good manager and leader, he saw that his servers were busy and he stepped in to help out his employees, great customer service, I really respected that manager for his leadership, that restaurant will go far with that manager, what a good man, after I finish my meal (Which was excellent) I asked the server if I could speak to the manager and she said sure, she went in the back and he quickly came out and came right up to me, I shook his hand and Thanked him for his wonderful leadership.
