10/10 we will be back! They sat us at a booth and gave us chips and salsa right away. Each interaction with the employees was great! Always smiling and friendly. We shared Arroz con pollo. It was so good! The side of guacamole went well with the chips. Very tasty. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere.

Ixtapa use to be my favorite place to go in Monroe. Not anymore. Prices are way too high for the bland food. We waited 40 minutes after our meal to get our check, we asked 3 times. Finally we walked to the counter and they said there system was down, Don't know why the couldn't let us know before. They seemed irritated with us. Not sure why, when we were the ones waiting. The staff is friendly.
