You serve breakfast all day long, but stop making coffee after morning breakfast? Really? And you spend all that money on advertisements to get people to come in, but you don't serve coffee in the afternoon? Good thing there is a Burger King, and Subway real close by .

3 times in a row now, 1st time no ice, second time no milkshakes, 3rd time no milkshakes??? The only reasons we go back is the burgers are delicious, amazingly so for a burger joint. Fries also hot and delicious,,! But fix your machines!!!

Super attentive staff today; The cashier at the front desk was very kind and respectful. He made my selections easier and offered a great substitution for the tacos that weren't in store. Very clean dining area although the soda machine had still been down which is a bummer. Will be visiting again!
I am but a poor ferry sailor who, in his time of need (10:30pm after I got off work) nursed a most keen and urgent craving for a delicious vanilla milkshake. Are you familiar with JITB's vanilla milkshakes? So creamy and vanilla and most of all, THICCC. SO. THICC. Until recently they were served with a regular soda-sized straw. It is impossible to consume one of these with a regular. soda-sized. straw. SO! When I order these, I usually ask for a spoon which makes the process of emptying said milkshake down my gullet more efficient and satisfying.Tonight, *sigh*, tonight was different. The gal at the window told me they were out of spoons ( DEAR GOD NO!!!), but was kind enough to point out the new, larger-diameter straw which apparently was intended as some kind of concession in the war of THICCC MILKSHAKES VS. CORPORATE SENSELESS DECISIONS. Yes, friends, this new straw was just as useless as the old style ones. Nevertheless, I shoved it in there, using it like a handle to pick up the entire milkshake from my cupholder (told you it was THICCC). I now have a headache and a lacerated tongue from trying to thuck down this milkthake, futile ath I knew the effort to be. So I drove home, my THICCCC VANILLY MILKASHAKA CRAVE-FEST (TM) unsatisfied, until I could furiously unlock my front door, grab a SPOON from the kitchen, and come up stairs to write this review. Poor showing, chaps! Poor showing indeed!The maraschino cherry on top is a nice touch, though.

The young lady working here has the worst attitude out of any fast food place I’ve been to. I thought it was just a bad night for her but turns out it’s every time. She literally huff and puffed as if my tiny order was too much for her. She must be forced to work here, because she acts like she hates it. She’s the worst. I’ll go into town next time. Fire her

This place can be slow, but if you go inside, I've noticed they're typically faster! The workers were very polite and easygoing. The soda machine wasn't functioning in the lobby, but they filled the sodas up in the back and refilled them before we left. The food was fresh (especially the tiny tacos those were hot and fresh and delicious!!)All in all, usually a good experience here as opposed to the other Jack in the Box location in Sultan.

The soda machine wasn't functioning in the lobby, but they filled the sodas up in the back and refilled them before we left.
