I love this pizza! The garlic sauce is fire and my hubby not being a veggie fan loves the meat eater options. I even got him to try the almost lasagna with the spinach and he devoured that too! The workers we have met when we've picked up have always been wonderful and calm under some crazy rush days. The dr8vers are always quick and communicate well too! All around good place locally owned and locally loved!

Ordered pizza online for pickup. Got to the store 4 minutes after it was supposed to be ready only to find that the store was locked and they lights were off. Google and the posted store hours confirmed they were supposed to be open. I called their phone and it rang and rang. They better give me a refund

I don't even know where to begin with this. I called at 6:23 pm. They said 25 minutes for an Italian grinder. I was fine with that as my fiance wasn't going to be able to pick it up until that time. He showed up 30 minutes after I made the order.The worker said 25 more minutes. No one was there. He also didn't put the sauce on the side, as requested. I don't think we'll be back.✌️

Pizza always is delish. Delivery has always been great. BUT this is the second time I have ordered and been charged for a topping that WAS NOT on my pizza. Tonight ordered the veggie pizza with sausage. Receipt said I paid for it BUT it was no where on the pizza.
My order was a next-day delivery to a local business. When asked what time I’d like, I requested 10am, as my crew works from 6-2pm. Lilly blew all of us away by coming in the next day early, as Jet City doesn’t open until 3pm…I mean, WOW!! Blown away! All of us! It was there by 9:45am I think.
Outstanding. Thank you!!
The two Jumbo Jets I ordered were delivered early and tasted so awesome!

Have been getting pizza from here for years - the pizzas are great. However, we ordered delivery for the first time today via their website, and were given an ETA of 45min. 1hr later I called to see if there were any updates. Turns out the pizzas hadn't left yet. I was told they only deliver within 5mi, otherwise they outsource to Door dash drivers, and no one had accepted the job. So we had been waiting for an hour only to learn it wasn't even on the way. Even if someone had accepted the door dash order right then, I would have received a pizza that had been sitting for over an hour... They offered to remake and then deliver to us, and the employee was polite. But really it doesn't seem like great service to not notify the customer at all that their order is going to be late or maybe never arrive???
Like I said, the food is good, but I would 100% NOT recommend ordering delivery, and this experience has left a sour taste.
