Stephon from the drive thru did absolutely amazing. He made sure to give our sauces to us before, his words, forget them. Wonderful smile and let us know we will be waiting for our wedges, anyone complaining about an extra 5 min is crazy. He did exactly what he was suppose to do and communicated perfectly.

Raven was the sweetest cashier EVER, and the food came out right after we ordered; faster than MCDONALD'S! Food was hot and delicious, best biscuit I've ever had was here! Drinks are refillable and the restaurant was perfectly clean!!

Once again, disappointed. Way, way, way overpriced. 4.59 for 6 bites of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes is just ridiculous. Hadn't eaten at KFC for about 3 years, as it had so gone downhill. It will be at least that or longer before I try it again.

Thank God. Atlast I find good taste of chicken with less salt around USA šŗšø. Taste good. Service good. My kids enjoyed biscuit with fried chicken š. That's juicy š š. Love to try other combo meals there.
Haven't been to the local KFC for a while ordered your basic stuff tenders etc....got the bowl with the mashed potatoes and the chicken and was a little disappointed at the lack of chicken. Like 5 little popcorn chicken nuggets.... I remember there being more chicken than this I think it's even a little more expensive. Wasnt expecting much but .....

We stopped in for a pit stop and a to go meal with 6 teens & 2 adults. We had some custom orders. They filled our order quickly and accurately. The food was good KFC food. Yes, I know it's not a fine dinning establishment but after being stuck on the pass for 3 hours it was exactly what we needed.
Waited 10 minutes why they were messing around in the back nobody up front!! Then she comes ask for order DID NOT ORDER!!!

Iāve been going to this kfc twice a week for months but I went last night and was treated so rudely that I couldnāt believe it. I went through the drive through and I asked how much a ten piece chicken strips and was told that it would be $45 so I asked how much for an 8 piece chicken strips and was told it would be $34 so when I got to the window she didnāt say anything until she got the order ready then opened the window and I asked wait a minute, how much is a 5 piece chicken strips she said very rudely to me āwell now youāll have to wait until I figure it outā I was taken back because of her attitude then she looks at me and said that it would be $21 but the price on their menu says itās only $16.49? So Iām not sure where her numbers were coming from but she was definitely charging me more than she should have and she had to use a calculator to figure out the price and that made me suspicious and felt like she was trying to get extra money maybe as her own tip or something I really didnāt understand. I didnāt get anything and drove away and the lady flipped me off as I pulled away. This is the first time that anything has happened like this and Iāve been going here for over a year but this was a person I havenāt seen there before. I donāt feel comfortable about going back to this store and itās a shame because they are the only good chicken place in town. I donāt understand why these companies hire rude people to be servers at there establishment, your selling food and itās supposed to be a good experience not something that makes you get all upset and loose your appetite and end up driving away with nothing, another thing is that you donāt want to complain because you may get your food spit in or something you just never know. You could get bad food and end up with food poisoning and none of that is good. They should fire that girl, Iāve been there a lot of times and never been treated like this my dogs normally get a treat when I go there and itās always been a good experience but because of that girl I donāt feel comfortable going back there ever again. It really sucks because I like KFC I just donāt think I should have to deal with rude entitled people that think they have the right to treat people any way they feel. If you donāt like people you shouldnāt be a server in any food industry. I did call the store and spoke with a manager and he told me the regional manager was going to be in there today and would have them call me so we could work this out but havenāt heard back from anyone so I donāt think they really cared, just sucks that places can treat you badly and you just have to take it because they are the ones with the product and if you want it youāll take deal with their bad attitudes. Just a shame but Iāll make sure to tell people in the area about this store.
