We stopped in for a pit stop and a to go meal with 6 teens & 2 adults. We had some custom orders. They filled our order quickly and accurately. The food was good KFC food. Yes, I know it's not a fine dinning establishment but after being stuck on the pass for 3 hours it was exactly what we needed.

I’ve been going to this kfc twice a week for months but I went last night and was treated so rudely that I couldn’t believe it. I went through the drive through and I asked how much a ten piece chicken strips and was told that it would be $45 so I asked how much for an 8 piece chicken strips and was told it would be $34 so when I got to the window she didn’t say anything until she got the order ready then opened the window and I asked wait a minute, how much is a 5 piece chicken strips she said very rudely to me “well now you’ll have to wait until I figure it out” I was taken back because of her attitude then she looks at me and said that it would be $21 but the price on their menu says it’s only $16.49? So I’m not sure where her numbers were coming from but she was definitely charging me more than she should have and she had to use a calculator to figure out the price and that made me suspicious and felt like she was trying to get extra money maybe as her own tip or something I really didn’t understand. I didn’t get anything and drove away and the lady flipped me off as I pulled away. This is the first time that anything has happened like this and I’ve been going here for over a year but this was a person I haven’t seen there before. I don’t feel comfortable about going back to this store and it’s a shame because they are the only good chicken place in town. I don’t understand why these companies hire rude people to be servers at there establishment, your selling food and it’s supposed to be a good experience not something that makes you get all upset and loose your appetite and end up driving away with nothing, another thing is that you don’t want to complain because you may get your food spit in or something you just never know. You could get bad food and end up with food poisoning and none of that is good. They should fire that girl, I’ve been there a lot of times and never been treated like this my dogs normally get a treat when I go there and it’s always been a good experience but because of that girl I don’t feel comfortable going back there ever again. It really sucks because I like KFC I just don’t think I should have to deal with rude entitled people that think they have the right to treat people any way they feel. If you don’t like people you shouldn’t be a server in any food industry. I did call the store and spoke with a manager and he told me the regional manager was going to be in there today and would have them call me so we could work this out but haven’t heard back from anyone so I don’t think they really cared, just sucks that places can treat you badly and you just have to take it because they are the ones with the product and if you want it you’ll take deal with their bad attitudes. Just a shame but I’ll make sure to tell people in the area about this store.

I made an order here, then they made many changes to my order for a shortage in the menu items (some alternations were not even discussed and I had to return them). The men's toilet was locked for unknown reason. Also, the place needs an overall hygiene attention.
Absolutely terrible customer service I stood at the front counter and made eye contact with at least 3 people and nothing I stood there after that for like 10 15 mins and still nothing very disappointing honestly I don't think I have ever experienced something like that before

KFC has gotten increasingly more expensive and serve less in their meals. The chicken, once a bastion of how to serve up fried chicken, is now often soggy and the pieces seem to come from a pygmy chicken breed.I mean it's KFC...at the end of the day it's good, but at the price point these meals sit at, you have to decide if that juice is worth the squeeze. Bring back Pioneer Chicken for some decent competition.
The chicken is very consistent of course but what frustrates me more than anything is their prices are changing daily as if it's the stock market! They should stick to keeping prices consistent. This is not about inflation, it's just playing with pricing to confuse the consumer.

food was okay but I ordered the iced tea with half sweet half unsweet because the sweet tea is like pouring sugar packets in your mouth, I drank like half of it and my boyfriend took one drink of it and firstly, it tasted very weird, and secondly it immediately made both of us feel sick, I almost threw up. I’m not sure if they’re not cleaning their iced tea machines or just flat out not changing the tea out regularly but this is disgusting, and unacceptable. your drinks should not make people sick.
