This was the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but instead of taking responsibility, one of the employees actually tried to blame me and claimed that I had ordered it incorrectly. That is simply not true — I know what I ordered. The attitude from the staff were extremely disappointing. The way this was handled showed very poor customer service. McDonald’s needs to hire people who can communicate more clearly so that customers are understood and served properly.

The franchise owner of this McDonald's truly cares about both their employees and their customer. The stuff in the front of house is always pleasant and polite to deal with and go out of their way to ensure every guest receives exceptional service. The store is always kept clean including the restrooms and every experience here has met or exceeded my expectations. This store is the example of how all McDonald's restaurants ought to be run.

Remember when fast food was like, cheap and fast, and you sorta just sacrifice quality for it being cheap and fast. Well now it’s the same low quality, but also expensive and slow. How many times have you gone through the drive through only to wait in the parking spaces for 20 minutes for them to deliver a single burger. Ya know the thing they are sposed to be known for.
