Good fish and chips, good portions. Small establishment, not many tables so difficult of busy. Wait time was not long. Hearty fish pieces, great French fries (really good). Chowder was nice and hot, above average although you can tell not home made. Friendly staff, quaint little place, I do recommend .
The food was very good. The service was super friendly. I got the two piece fish basket. It came with fries and coleslaw.. I really wanted to try the clam chowder, but I’m glad I didn’t because the two piece fish basket filled me right up when I go back again which I will be doing. I plan on digging into some of that clam chowder.
Absolutely love this place. Great to have a family run fish and chips restaurant in Monroe! Fantastic owners and friendly staff, and the food is always delicious. Highly recommend!
