Pretty decent drive through coffee but really awful chocolate chip cookie. We each took one bite before throwing it out - chemical taste, too sweet, and the chocolate tasted weird and ultra cheap

I am very much a creature of habit, and have an extraordinarily usual order (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). There was a short line this morning, but when I got to the window, Kayla and Trinity had my drink already made (they recognized my truck through the window). It's that kind of personal service that keeps me coming back.

I tipped them 50%, but then asked for an extra cup but they wouldnt give me one because they would have "had to charge me"... wth?

Every time I order from this place. I've got some far coffee and I get dirty looks and I don't understand because all I order is a bagel and coffee and sometimes you're edible one of the other. But this is the last straw today. The barista give me awful looks and wouldn't even talk to me. Said no more than is that. All you want and turned around and smiled other customers. But she kept looking out behind my car. Which I understand a lot of people. Double check to see how many cars. Or in their light but the way she was looking made it seem like I was inconvenienced in her. It's very disappointing because I actually really like that. Place up until like a couple months ago when I started getting dirty looks every single time. I would order something. And I found out that they were lying to me at 1 point about having the things that I order which is really disappointing. Because I am not that memorable. So why would you lie about not having bagels? Or cream cheese or a certain flavor or something it's frustrating.

1-2 times a month I make a long drive from Seattle to Wenatchee. I ALWAYS stop here if I need a drink. They are really consistent and have great prices. The baristas are always nice and helpful. I stopped there today and had a great experience as always. Thank you!
