I ordered a pasta tonight and I could barley even eat it the top had so much garlic or whatever it is that I could barley enjoy it or even taste the Alfredo sauce it was watery and just not appetizing my delivery driver was very nice tho

Tonight I had ordered 2 pizzas cheese bread and wings. I should have known my order would have been messed up from the start when it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. I was patient as I realize times can get busy. After waiting 20 minutes(wait time wasn’t an issue) I received my order and it was wrong which I didn’t know until I got home(35 minute drive). For paying $50 and leaving a good tip to receive a plain cheese pizza, not to mention it’s sloppy. I ordered chicken bacon ranch for reference. It’s like they didn’t even try and just wanted to customers gone. Then I tried to call to let someone know first person says he can’t do nothing, forwarded me to a line that immediately hung up.

Best Pizza Hut location - food is always exactly as ordered with no errors and ready for pickup in less than 15 mins. Staff is very personable and welcoming, providing service that is unmatched. If upper management reads this review - double whatever you’re paying them !!! Chefs kiss 🤌🏼

We asked for our pizza to be well, well done since the last few times we’ve gotten it, it was soggy! This time, it got here squished in 1/2 the box! And of course, not even a little well done!

The website has a lot of bugs, which cause orders to be incorrect. One such bug is, if you add a pizza to the cart with toppings on one half, then login when you’re on the checkout page, the website will change the toppings to be on the whole pizza instead of half. The site doesn’t notify you because you’re already beyond the cart at this point, but if you do go back to the cart you’ll see the change.
When I got to the store I explained what happened and that the website has a major bug so the pizza would need to be remade since it was incorrect. I was told by the worker too bad, and that if I wanted it remade I’d have to pay for a new one, which is completely unacceptable.
So beware of website bugs and employees that don’t care to help rectify the results of the bugs.

The pizzas are very over priced and the toppings have become almost nonexistent.
I usually have a decent experience but there seems to be a new manager who is more than ok with letting you know they don't know what they're doing and can't resolve any issues related to app based orders. Call directly, keep your receipt.
