Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I worked there for a year they didn’t train me don’t have a training team boss Nichole treats all employees (underage kids included ) like garbage yells at everyone doesn’t manage a thing besides how many free meals she thinks she can have a day worst atmoshpere I have ever worked in. no job nor family kid friendly restaurant should ever be like this want my advice save your money and frustrations on wait times undercooked and or burnt food and eat LITERALLY anywhere else. All my coworkers where amazing hard workers and great people all other managers where amazing loved working with all of you but Nichole you are the reason that place is as bad as it is figure out how to do your job and learn the word respect you have no respect for others what so ever I’d advise seeing a counselor. Nichole the boss depends on everyone else to make her look good to corporate other than that she does nothing useful she’s no boss she’s just milking the company 👍 yours truly one of the top cooks 🤝

1 star because there was no option for negative stars.

In short, staff needs to learn how to read and cook.

Ordered delivery of 4 burgers (all with customizations and extra fries), onion rings, and a variety of sauces.

1. All burgers were charcoal and onion rings were WAY overdone - yes ordered "no pink", but that does not mean servearly burnt.
2. 2 of the 4 burgers made with the wrong customizations
3. Extra fries were absent
4. Gave all wrong sauces.

When I am expected to hand over around $120, I don't expect for basically EVERYTHING to be sub-par....in fact if it was just sub-par, that would have been a 100% improvement.

Manager is a poor piss excuse of a person. I get it there's an outage in Seattle but the restruant was empty. No excuse for no service after 30 minutes of receiving our food

Red Robin Monroe does it great job staffing the restaurant with good people. Yes sometimes it's busy and the service may be slower than you want but the food is great, the prices are good and the people are friendly.

Maybe the worst Red Robin in America. The service is terrible, fries are undercooked. The Tv was stuck on some gross medical reality show and they said they couldn’t find the remote. It was Sunday and the only reason I went there was to watch some football.

This place is a joke. Might as well tear it down and build another subway in Monroe. Do better Red Robin!

It starts off with the hostess telling us to self seat in the bar area where there were no clean tables. She stood there and didn't know what to do and needed to wait for someone to help her. A gentleman said a table just came available and walked us to a dirty table.. opps, please wait. Dinner came out burnt and returned.

The only thing positive was Lilianna was so nice.

The rest NOT my Red Robin experience.

The photos on the menu do not match the food served. A lot of confusion over craft beer on happy hour. Rude response when questioned
