The Drive-up and Go team is amazing. So cheerful and friendly, they create a joyful atmosphere and my kids love them. It is fun to see the team each week. They are hardworking and diligent. I never have any issues with my orders, they pick out great produce, which hasn't historically been the case for me. They will pick out the deals for me too, if I don't readily see them, e.g. buy-one get-one-free. I feel they are looking out for me, and that they genuinely care about me as a person. The orders are always done in advance of the scheduled time, and on or under budget. The substitutions are great and always delivered quickly to me, and if there is any question they contact me immediately. I have been using them for years and I absolutely love the service and the team. Meagan, Amanda, and Gabi, are so great! But so is everyone there. You will love these guys and how they make you feel! Watching them interact with others, I can tell you it is not just me who loves them and their amazing work ethic and cheerful personalities. I recommend the Monroe Safeway, they usually are very helpful although the butcher block ladies can act a bit foul sometimes. usually the pricing in the isles is correct however sometimes they have old tags posted which allow you to be overcharged, and as per their policy posted by the register (but not online-hidden fact) anything under five dollars is free first item if you were overcharged. love the produce it's almost always excellent. meat is great I'll put up with the attitude at the butcher block for the prices. cashier's checkers and baggers always leave me with a smile even if I encountered problems in the store so I guess that's the best. manager always makes things better if I have problems. been going here for 20+ years.

Their cashier tonya at customer services could have a better attitude when a customer asks a question. Your little remark of "I better not get in trouble for this" after already checking my id and card to make sure it was a debt card. At least you know the card reader works for non-chipped cards to get money orders for furute instances.

Yesterday the self checkout line cashier looked at me disgusted after four different people in the checkout line or hung up and needed the cashier to proceed waited several minutes for her to come back during dinner rush time. When she finally got to me I asked her if she was in the bathroom or what ? She was really irritated after that. Then I got the mail come it had a red sticker 50 percent off. Took a look at the expiration and it was expired within 24 hours... lame list Safeway I'll never go there at dinner hours or any other time. Too dang expensive.
