Food was fast and fresh. Great prices and value. Lots of tables and the restaurant is clean. I didn't use the washroom, but there is one.There is a self serve water station at the front. I had the pork banh mi and the sprimp spring rolls. 10/10. Will definitely come back!

I ordered the chow mein and immediately regretted it. Bland, soggy, and lifeless -like they boiled noodles, tossed them on a plate, and hoped for the best. No flavor, no texture, no effort. I’ve had more exciting meals in a dorm microwave.

My girlfriend and I visited Saigon Pho and Grill in Monroe and were warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman (possibly the owner). He seated us and offered refreshing water right away, which is a very thoughtful touch. We ordered our food, and I noticed the appetizers weren’t rung in at first. I kindly mentioned it, and he apologized. No big deal, it didn’t affect our lunch. I work in a kitchen myself, so I understand how things can slip through.
The food was amazing. I had the grilled chicken with white rice, and my girlfriend got beef chowmein. The appetizer came shortly after and was delicious. We both enjoyed our appetizers alongside our lunch meals. We finished everything and left full and were very pleased with what we ordered.
After we finished we came up to say thanks and was thankful for our visit, definitely a sign that he cares about his customers.
Definitely coming back to try more of the menu! This was also my first time trying Vietnamese food too!

I love coming to this place as the Pho is absolutely delicious. However, the younger server behind the counter, was dressed in pajamas, had a bad attitude, when I asked for a water she walked away then pointed at the water dispenser, made me feel like I was an inconvenience when placing my order, and when I finally paid, she said nothing at all except my total. This is the second time I have seen this her, the first time my wife and I were served by her, she was on the phone the entire time. Extremely unprofessional and the reason why we will not be returning. Such a shame as the owner and food are great, but that server needs training.

This places food is FANTASTIC! But the service here wasn’t great as for me i had to ask for a menu and didn’t get water but the others did so I thought this was unfair but it’s good overall!

My family and I have been patrons for years and have always loved this place but the last couple times we've been here, the service has been pretty terrible. The servers behave very much as though they didn't want to be there. They forget things like napkins and utensils and then act overtly inconvenienced when asked for them. There's also been a noticeable decline in the tastiness of the food. It's still good, it's just not the excellent that it used to be. I really hope the owners can return this place to its former glory
