I crave this food! We eat here weekly. I dream about the broth. They have bahn mi sandwiches as well. I can feed my whole family for $40, which is nearly impossible today even at factory farm fast food places. It’s great to know you can still get healthy delicious food, especially in Monroe. One day I spoke to the owner and learned about bis background. Fascinating that someone of his background can make such an awesome family run business. A testament to his grit!

It was exactly what I needed. I didn’t even need to throw in any special toppings.
The soup was perfect, and the beef was delicious. Noodle and texture were also spot on.
Just visiting the area. otherwise I would come here more often for sure.

Delicious food & fantastic service. Had the tofu pho, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and special bo kho (beef soup only available Wed & Thurs). Highly recommend all of the above. Excited to go back and try more from their extensive menu!
